This review is about the telegraph/northline location. There was pouring rain/sleet on 1/11 around 12:30am to 1am... The person who worked the window could not have displayed a happier demeanor for someone working at that hour at a fast food chain. Seriously, her customer service was so outwardly good it was cause for me to write this review the next morning.To whomever thank you. And... for the food I have visited this location a few times and cannot recall a time when it wasn't anything but what can be expected. Meaning its fast food, yet what it is supposed to be, and the mistakes if any were within reason.

Just as good as Harold and Kumar depict it in their movie. The menu offers up a traditional burger shop selection scaled down well to slider size with a nice selection of combo meal options. The service on our visit was a little lackluster but the place was clean.

Good food but very greasy. Good variety to choose from.

Just left there a while and wanted to thank those who were working. The girl at the window was so polite and friendly..stay safe and thank you again..as usual the good was incredible😉

Great food,easy staff to talk to, friendly and nice. Have to tap the Coke machine pretty hard to make a selection, but still, yummy little burgers

If you're a White Castle fan, then this one is great. Everything I have ever ordered has been hot and fresh and they tend to be pretty consistent on their orders.

Clean dining room and good tasting food. Employees aren't very friendly but everything else is good.

You know, there is just some things that are a need in the late evening. I cannot resist swinging through. I stick to the classics, castles w/cheese and everything. Fries are good. Crinkle cut. And chicken rings. Keep going and doing what you do. Be nice to see a remodel and interior to bring the image to a more modern age.

They missed part of my order, but promptly and professionally replaced it. They offered another sandwich for my inconvenience. That was a very nice gesture, but I respectfully declined as I'm already fat! lol... I let them refill my coke though :)

I love White Castle. The food here is always fresh and hot. I’m not sure why they put mustard on their sliders when every other White Castle I’ve gone to only puts ketchup on them. Not really a big deal, I’ve learned to tell them no mustard. So if the food is great, why three stars? Well for starters my order is always off or missing something. I address it with the staff who are less than happy to help fix the issue, let alone take your order. They act like it’s a major inconvenience that you’re there in the first place.
