Good service. Courteous. Fresh as could be. Couple big orders ahead so line slow.

Never have any shakes. Employees stare at you until you speak up. Shabby management. Food is food, but their attitudes suck

When I walked into the place the server was very friendly. I requested one turkey slider. She offered her testimony to my choice and my mouth watered. When I received the small sandwich I then left the premises. I ate before I' d gotten halfway home. I had to turn around and return: I purchased 10 more turkey sliders. She told the truth! Bless her! The lady taking my order was nice but distracted. A gentleman working in the back kept blurting out song and movie lyrics. While almost funny at first, it really became alarming and annoying and after the 3rd or 4th time. I came for an impossible slider, they were out. The drink machine has 25 front facing lights, 5 of them had their lights on indicating an available option. 20 lights for out of stock drinks. I grabbed an odd flavor of seagram's something (instead of coke). The restrooms were among the worst in have ever seen. No toilet paper, no paper towels, mess everywhere! Man.. credit card machine froze for 5 minutes and was just covered with grease. Food cold. Won't be coming back. This is a direct reflection of poor management.

I ordered 4 different types of sandwiches and cheese sticks at the drive through. I had one car in front of me. When I pulled up and paid I received my order. It was correct and hot. Fast, accurate, and friendly service. It doesn't get any better. I had my dog (Boo) with me. After receiving my food, the drive through person also complimented my dog about how good she looked and how well behaved she was. I know it's not related to the service they provide but it still made me feel good. Thanks!

Normally a quick stop on my way to work.

Came in the lobby doors were unlocked gentleman walked up and said got through the drive through lobby's closed. Sat in the drive through for roughly 10 minutes long enough for me to turn my engine off and someone behind me left at the order speaker not able to get anyone to take his order either. Practically threw the food out the window upon pickup. If the lobby's closed how about just lock it next time.

Staff was friendly and the food fine. But the dining area and bathrooms really needed cleaning! Floors hadn't been taken care of in a long time, Bathroom floor was sticking to my shoes, No napkins in the whole place, they were out of a bunch of drink options, the credit card machine was broken off, Long wait for food, and just a general unclean and unkept feel in the place.
