These guys have Awesome sandwiches! They even have some truly unique ones like the Elvis or the Monte Cristo. The bread they toast is phenomenal. Unlike Subway, they don't skip on any ingredients. I highly recommend everyone try this place.

An awful long line. Prices are tremendously high. For the price you could go somewhere else nicer or go somewhere equally as mediocre for 1/4 of the price.

Great staff! Location is a bit small so dining in with a group can be hard. Great for take out.

First time at a Which Wich?. I personally was not terribly impressed. First of all, I will say the sandwich wasn't horrible, although the bread crust could cut a man's gums. Secondly for the price you pay, I would rather go to Monster Subs or Penn Station (and not have my gums bleed). Thirdly, the employees are so unfriendly and dead inside, that I felt unwelcome in this horror house of subs. Finally, they never intended to receive much business as they have enough seating for about 15 people (not to mention you need rock hard butt cheeks to spend much time in a chair there). .

Wonderful food. Very polite and helpful staff with a pristine dining area. My only complaint was that it took 45 minutes to get a couple sandwiches and a milkshake, though that may be because they were training a new employee. I'd be willing to go back just not when I have to clock in at work in 30 minutes. Ended up being about 45 minutes late because I anticipated a sandwich shop to be relatively quick. Couldn't even stop and enjoy my food until after work at which point it wasn't as fresh but I did take a couple of bites at red lights otw to work and just... Yes. 🥰

Sandwiches are good but their new Philly cheese steak only comes in one size, tiny. Not worth the price IMO.

I was so excited when I saw that Which Wich was coming to Knoxville. I loved the Johnson City location. The first experience at this location was alright, then the next few were so-so, and the quality has gradually gotten worse. I find myself apologizing to people because I kept talking about how awesome Which Wich is, and then they try it in Knoxville and are confused why I was so excited.

There was really only 1 guy working. Subs were great, but the manager was loud, and talking innapropiately on the line. Touching her ears, phone and everything else with gloves on. I've been to this location several times. All decent experiences with the food, but your manager here, definitely doesnt need to be a manager with her attitude, and rude behavior on the line.

Vastly over rated sandwiches. Way over priced for mediocre food.

Which Wich has the BEST sandwiches. Anywhere! And they have the best fries anywhere!!

My son and I had great lunch experience there! There was only one person behind the counter at the time, but she was friendly and attentive! Our sandwiches were were made promptly, and tasted delicious!!!

Great food the menu is a little confusing but one you get past that great place for a sandwich
