Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

The last 2 days I’ve came here they keep saying they are out of so many things and I ordered a milk shake that took 30 mins to make and when they finally got it right they handed me the cup with milk shake all over it I had to whip it up myself... I’m ordering food now, they are out of surf and turf out of bacon out of avocado and more😡

Filled out order form/bag and there was nobody at the cashier. All I got was couple blank and/or dirty looks as I waited. Then an internet order came in, after I had waited a while, and an employee who was making a sandwich came over and took it and put it in. Didn't take my order. Didn't say a word to me and the people now behind me. No 'be right with you' or anything. Maybe understaffed, maybe just inept. Left and went to JJ down the street. Was lukewarm on this place before, now never going back.

We went to Which Wich for the first time today with our granddaughters, one of whom has severe dairy and egg allergies. The cashier, Andrew, was very helpful in helping us decipher the menu but when we had specific questions regarding ingredients he immediately got the manager, Steven Price. Steven was able to answer all our questions, got out the allergy/ ingredient information and then personally made the sandwich so there would be no cross contamination . The service was wonderful and the sandwiches were delicious!

Place is amazing, food is good. Lack of workers tho. Still service was nice. Workers were happy and funny

I recommend the Italian sub.We went during off-peak hours and enjoyed a quick meal.

The outside of my sandwhich was slathethered with mustard on the outside along with a random tomato slice. Soda had no flavoring. The workers were pretty rude.

Store has been closed for over two months according to the door guy for the building. No one knows why, open sign is still lit. There's a Jimmy John's a couple doors down.

Sandwich was good but service was slow.

Where do I begin? Food was ordered at 10:22 am and told it would be delivered within in the hour. Food was just delivered at 1:48. This was for a Noon lunch meeting. I didn't even receive the right order, on top of the food being cold because it was a 17 minute delivery walk. $98 wasted!

Their GF options are rather limited, but the staff is very kind and very understanding of requests for special preparation instructions. Taste wise the super food wrap I had was superb and I look forward to trying locations closer to my home.Be aware they do NOT have a restroom in the restaurant.

We like to go there but evidently they've changed their hours. It's just after 6pm and they must be closed as they don't answer their phone.

The worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. Ordered online and picked up—got back to work and it was completely wrong order. Go back and explain and the female worker take my wrong order sandwich and doesn’t communicate or say anything in response. Nothing at all. I was amazed. I observed for 1-2minutes and then I finally asked if they were remaking my sandwich or should I get a refund. They very shortly said yeah we’re remaking it. The crew looked overwhelmed and disinterested in being there or talking to anyone.
