We craft each sandwich with care, with a smile and a thank you, to send you on your way re-energized and satisfied. Our Superior sandwich concept is known for its creative ordering system: all sandwiches are customized to just the way the customer wants them, and is delivered to the customer in a personalized bag. Customers place their orders by using red Sharpies to mark up pre-printed menus on sandwich bags. The customer selects the variety of sandwich from 10 different categories including our "Favorites" along with our Signature Wicked.

Food is what you expect, customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The inability for the staff to communicate to one another will keep me from going back to this particular location. There was a glitch in the online ordering and it kicked my order to the next day for pick up, so I called to see.if they could make it on the day I actually ordered it on and that seemed to throw them for a massive loop so I cancelled the order, asked for a refund and I figured I was done with the situation. Fast forward a week and still no refund. I call again, get the same incomptant person, ask to have said refund and was told, " Only the manager can do that". Five days later, call again and ask for manager directly, it was finally resolved but three calls for something like this is is excessive, if they can't speak to one another in the same room I'm not trusting you to wash your hands or to make my food.
