Good sandwiches. Pretty much what I was expecting. Prices aren't the cheapest, but typical.

Good place to get a custom sandwich. The selection has shrunk but you will be happy with what you can get

Disappointed Not sure how its been rated 4.6, the food was not great. Lacked flavor. The service was friendly and fast though.

If you are at state street and tired of shopping and touring then definitely go to this place for a quick bite. They have custom sandwich option with different sizes and toppings. I took vegetarian black bean sandwich and it was delicious. The thing that i like the most about this sandwich is its bit warm so the flavors of patty really tastes very good. Just choose spicy ranch option to fire your sandwich up 😊

I needed a quick meal to eat before hopping on the blue line. It was accessible which I like, and the workers very kind, however the sandwiches took a while to be made. They ended up tasting surprisingly good so it all worked out!

Sandwiches are amazing, fast service, fantastic staff and delicious food. Would wholeheartedly recommend. Coming back again for more!

Mediocre sandwich, anaemic (and tiny portion) fries

I always get my wrecks without roast beef. And even though it's kinda preassembled they still take the time to pull the RB out for me. The pop machine is always out of something tho.

First visit, really good tuna salad sandwich

food was quick tasted okay. service was very good. you order by writing on the paper bag, which is an overly complex gimmick. there's no obvious action to take, especially when IRA a lunch rush and people are covering the area with thre paper bags. there is no visible instruction that you're supposed to use them, nor is there any instruction on how. the bags are cute because they let you get super detailed about how you want your sandwich (no tomatoes, double lettuce, light jalapenos, etc), but they're not worth the hassle.

Disappointing first experience. Stumbled on Which Wich when looking on Google maps for lunch spots near my office. I ordered online and got the Banh Mi, which looked awesome! Unfortunately we all know looks can be deceiving. First, no cilantro to be found on the sandwich at all (supposed to come with it). second the carrots are depreciated as being shredded and pickled...they were neither. Instead the carrots were large pieces of baby carrots, which just felt wrong. This ruins the texture and flavor of the sandwich. There was no Banh Mi flavor here, just jalapenos and bland, soggy pork. Maybe their more traditional sub sandwiches are better, but the Banh Mi was very disappointing.

I had the best and authentic subs in that place. Bella my friend, she loved it.
