Amazing sandwich, great people.

1st time there, it was very good. Neat concept great sandwiches.

The food is good what the service is a joke. They can't seem to get your order right and they just don't care. The people working there are incredibly indifference toward customer. The girl was spraying a table next to us with 409 all purpose cleaner and it was spraying all over us our food and everywhere. When we mentioned it to her she just rolled her eyes and walked away. We didn't even bother to tell her that the food was made incorrectly we just let it go.

They make excellent quality premium sandwiches in 3 sizes depending on one's appetite. They are not in comparison with Subway which is more about quantity per dollar. The in house cookies and chips are great too. Quality of ingredients is always good and fresh, packaging is better. They are a great healthy lunch option. I have eaten at various franchises of theirs and found a similar experience. Staff is courteous. Toilets are neat and clean. Parking is sufficient.

Friendly staff and great food.

Great food and friendly staff. How Which which works may be a little confusing the first time, but the staff there are very patient and helpful to walk you through everything.The bread is top notch.I have never had a bad sandwich. Just wish they had in the ordering area the size of a regular, large and large sandwich.

First time. Nice young man helped explain to me. Just needs to smile! Food was great! Place needed some cleaning. Tables wiped down, trash emptied and walls painted.

Incredibly good, well made sandwiches. The dining area is clean and the staff are friendly enough. Will be coming back when I find myself in this area again.

Sandwich was good. Place was a little dirty and trash was full for a while but no one tried to empty it. Had to push my trash down to get it in.

Such an amazing staff here. The woman behind the desk was incredibly nice to me. She made sure I had everything I needed.

Sandwich was great. Fountain drink/soda machine was incorrectly dispensing soda to syrup ratio. Something was amiss with it. There were no paper towels in the bathroom — which wouldn't be so bad if the automatic hand dryer wasn't malfunctioning. Luckily, there were plenty of rolls of paper towels throughout the restaurant. That stated, the bar stools/seats were fairly uncomfortable/awkward. The wall of order bag drawn art was pretty neat. Easy fixes [W.C & drink machine] would bring the rating up to a high 4-star rating.
