Which Wich

The workers were good. They helped me figure out how to order. This is the first sandwich place that I've seen have mushrooms. I like how the prices are set no matter how much stuff you ask for. It's toasted so it's crunchy. I was not able to finish my sandwich because of the large portion. Overall a good sandwich.

I went in and they were out of sandwich bags for specials, but said I could order directly. I tried to order fries, but the fry machine was apparently broken. Because they were out of bags, the employee forgot to make my sandwich, so I sat and waited until the people who ordered after me finished. I tried to get the attention of the only employee who ignored me for awhile before finally asking if I got my sandwich. Also, the whole time he would not stop calling me 'sir'. I was going to rate 1-star, but I added a star since the sandwich hit the spot. I'm certainly never going back to this location again.

I love their sandwiches here. I've never had a problem with their food. The reason why I'm giving them 3 stars is because anytime I order through the app to have my order picked up the food is never ready on time. The worst part is that 3 times in a row of me ordering online to pick it up they haven't even started my order until I get there. It's understandable if it was crowded and busy for them, but the times I would go I was the only customer in there. Don't bother ordering online. Just order when you get there because you'll be waiting the same amount of time anyway.

What a disappointing experience, $9 for a sandwich I could have made at home. There was maybe if that 2 slices of meat, 2 pickles, barely there avocado, way too much sauce and they forgot to even put the mushrooms on. I don't know what the hype is all about but I won't be eating here again.

Overall 3 is good for this place, out of o lot of stuff, no bags, no cash, and the service was okay..

We went to which wich just before the closing time. Staff was still nice unlike other shops and was ok to take the order . They also helped us in placing the order as it was different than regular sandwich shop. We ordered veggie super extra large sandwich and it was really worth for $12+ something. They made it nicely. Will definitely go again when visit Pacific shopping center.

Today service is very horrible. They don’t have the water cups. And if we want to buy the water cup for 1.99$ . The food is also not good. Usually i am a good fan of which wich.

Terrible service. Waited over half an hour for one sandwich. Reasonable prices and fairly tasty, but definitely not worth the long wait.
