Wheelhouse Kitchen & Cocktails

Went here for Restaurant Week with friends. The food was delicious with some unique choices. I highly recommend trying the tartines. Save room for dessert. I would have liked more drink options, but otherwise we loved it. The place was lovely and the staff very helpful.

Steven did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable when it came to the menu and was very attentive. The food was incredible and plated beautifully! I had the filet medallions, which almost melted in my mouth. The creme brulee cheesecake was incredible. It was my first time dining here and I will definitely go back.

Wonderful restaurant with excellent service and food. Highly recommend the holiday brunches! The whole restaurant gets decorated and some special guests may stop by to visit with the kids.

Excellent place to eat! Service was amazing! The ambiance and decor of the place is very colorful and beautiful! The hor'doures were delightful and delicious. Chef Jeremiah found out we were from out of town and came out to greet us! His specialties were spectacular! Great food! I strongly recommend Wheelhouse and we plan to return whenever we come back to Grand Rapids!

We had a group of 12 for dinner and everyone had a good time. The service was great, our server never missed a thing for any of us. Service throughout the meal was excellent, never an empty glass. I had deviled eggs that had a light crust on them, batter? They tasted great, with just a touch of heat. My burger was delicious as well, as was everyone else’s food. We will definitely be back.

Great Spot to grab a drink before dinner or just have a full meal. The staff is very friendly and the ambience is great.

Branda was our waitress and she was so nice. We were dare for our anniversary and it was our first time at the Wheelhouse any experience was wonderful. They started us out with a complimentary glass of champagne that was a very nice surprise. We had several of their advertisers which were very good I tried a couple of their special drinks on the menu the Wheelhouse gin and tonic was very good. The whole experience was so nice some of the staff was asking us how our meal was and which one was our favorite it was very pleasant I would definitely visit the Wheelhouse again.

Great downtown restaurant near the Van Andel Arena. Wait staff were attentive and handled our large group with easy. Cocktails were unique and tasty. I enjoyed the Fried Goat Cheese as an appetizer and the Pierogies as my main dish.

My husband and I visited here today and loved our experience! We loved the flavor profiles found in our salmon and scallop dishes, and had great service from the staff and our waiter named Parker. We did not have drinks, but it appears that they have an amazing selection of house-made cocktails, imported and local wines, and other drinks. Thanks so much!

My cousin always brings me here when I come home to Michigan. Last night Rachel D was our server. She was super attentive and made sure our party of 6 was taken care of. The cocktails were great, the food was delish, and the service was perfect. Also, the holiday decor was so pretty. Wish we had this spot in Dallas.

Great atmosphere! Parking across the street if your going to an event at VanAndel. Staff was on point and food amazing!! Can't wait to get back to GR and visit the Wheelhouse again! They do have space for special occasions or meetings. Seating on the sidewalk. If you haven't been to the Wheelhouse, get there soon!!

Love, love, love this place! Always great service and the food is phenomenal. Our favorite appetizer is the deviled eggs....yum! Make sure to make reservations about a week or more ahead of time if you want to go during peak hours (and about 3 to 4 weeks ahead of time for a holiday). Happy hour is Monday thru Friday until 6:00. The happy hour drinks are a good deal and my favorite app is on there, so no complaints there!! Don’t hesitate to try Wheelhouse!

I just moved here for school and have a couple hours between class on Wednesdays so I've been trying different places each week and so far this is definitely one of my favorites! If your looking for burgers fries and good drinks I'd definitely pick this place. The fries are so amazing along with their burger, perfectly seasoned. I added bacon to mine and I was happy I did. It has a bit of a sweet taste to it. They even box up your leftovers for you. Only thing I didn't like was the potato chips that came with the burger we're very tastless. Not even very much salt I had to dip it in ketchup. Everything else I was very impressed though

My fiance and I frequently stop in for Dinner on the weekends and we absolutely love it! The service is always top notch! And the food never disappoints! My fiance is in love with the Ribeye and the French Dip is to DIE FOR!!! At our last visit Bryson helped us out with venturing out and trying new things. He was very kind and helpful!! He suggested the Deviled eggs which were AMAZING! And the Lamb which was also very tasty! The food came out in a timely matter and we left happy yet again! Love this place!!
