Whataburger

I enjoyed the food but had to be one of the worst run operations I’ve ever seen. Took 30 minutes to get food and it wasn’t packed. Workers standing around just looking at each other. No one working the counter at all. No napkins to be found, had to ask for ketchup. Every garbage can was full and over flowing food onto the floor. Absolutely disgusting mess. Workers never thought about emptying trash entire time I was there.

I’m not a person who leaves reviews often and I’m pretty patient but we waited in the drive thru for right at 30 minutes for our food and our fries were hot but the burgers were cold. I probably wouldn’t go back. I think had the burger been hot I’d rate the food higher but…..

The best damn hamburger, fries, soft drink, shake and apple I have ever had for the money. Thank you for Whataburger.

Great burger here. I had a #1 meal. I like the FF here. Has the crispy and just enough salt. I also like the spicy catsup.

Was heading to Sam's Club and saw no line in the drive-through - couldn't believe it so decided to finally give it a try. 15 minutes later we had our second WRONG order given to us and gave up. Was hoping to try the breakfast platter scrambled eggs - it never happened. And yes, a long line grew behind us as we waited, and waited, and waited. We won't be back.

The short fat girl who worked the drive thru tonight doesn’t know what she’s doing. She confirmed my order saying “you ordered the breakfast taquito right?” I said yes. Waited a long time for it even though I was already at the window then she hands me someone else’s order. I went into the restaurant and returned it and they gave me my order finally. Give her more training cause she’s awful.

I placed a mobile order at 7:40pm for 8pm thinking 20 minutes was more than enough time. Upon my arrival I let the cashier know I was there to pick up my order. I then proceeded to wait until 9:10 pm to receive my food. I understand that they were busy, however, waiting an hour and a half seems a tad absurd to wait for 3 meals.

Pathetic… hardly anyone there and took almost 20 min to get my to go order, no ketchup in bag so I stood at counter like 4 minutes waiting on someone to come up and no one did, they just looked and totally ignored someone at the counter. As soon as I looked around the corner an oriental b…. Just said get out from behind the counter, I said I’m not behind the counter and you need to get someone out here. I will never go back again.
