Food was great as it always is. They were getting slammed and they were still friendly and helpful. A bonus these days is...they kept it clean through all the business. I had a Bacon Cheese Whataburger with jalapenos and Dr Pepper. This is a Classic choice simple but great!

The customer service at this location is excellent from my experience. The employee, whom I believed was named Trina, was very friendly and made sure that everything I needed was included in the order. As for the taste of the food, well, it is a fast food restaurant, but it's one of the better ones around. The only downside was the wait time. My order for two people took between 15-20 minutes, and not during peak hours, which is a long time for a fast food restaurant.If you download the Whataburger app, they run promotions sometimes where you can get a free meal, and this location honors those.

This location in Sherman always seems to be busy. The employees have always been nice and polite. Even though they are busy they get the food out pretty quick. The place has been clean each time we have went in also.

Great consistent mom and pop shop taste. The onion rings and the fries are a win. Creative and classic burgers. Fresh ingredients. Great portions at fair prices. The milkshakes are the old style ice cream shop taste. The gravy is a great home style taste. If you haven't tried this place you're missing out!

This location is by far the best one around Sherman/Denison. Food is well prepped and always hot, and most of all the employees are friendly. Clean dine in area, and I hardly if ever have to wait in the drive through long.
