I love the food despite the waiting time it's worth it

Although the food is good, the service was not great- 1. Asked for coke zero =coke, 2. Asked for grilled jalapenos to be added but the onions were not grilled even though the sweet & spicy comes that way. 3. Asked for what-a-sauce and charged for it got nothing. Cashier repeatedly said the order back correctly but when I sat down to eat it was "what-a-me$$" 😟👎

Food is good... But this WB is known to be slow, considerably and consistently.

Short walk from Methodist Hospital. I was there about 9:30 pm. Polite efficient staff. Helped me out packing the order for the walk back. Order made to specifications.

Good, Fast service never had a problem here besides being busy for lunch but that's lunch!!

Place is very clean, the staff is very friendly. The service was quick. Food hot and fresh and made just the way I liked it. Highly, highly recommend you to stop by an eat there. Thank you guys, will be coming back.

Service was poor. Order was wrong was made to prove it then made to feel like we inconvenienced them, luckily the food was worth the hassel. This location is always busy you should think of staffing more people and focus on being a little nicer too.

In the Medical Center area and decided to stop and have a quick bite and to cash in my reward I had on reserve. Had a Jr. Burger, small fries and a small soda. Burger was great, as always, as well as the service. First time at this location. I will return next time I am in that area!

One star is too many.... 15 minutes in the drive thru ....called to see what the delay was...person in front of me ordered strips...they never thought of moving them out of the line....I called to find that out.. rude service from staff at the window and cold sandwich on stale bread...great start to the morning....not.

First off I'm in love with their biscuit sausage biscuits and white gravy.... Of course you have 2 order the gravy separate but it's worth it.... Their raspberry tea is so delicious.... Their food never disappoints... Their onion rings also have their own flavor yummy.... Thank you Whataburger for always being good 2 me

Had to experience this while I was in Texas. Not impressed with it at all. Better to go elsewhere.

People are friendly, I really like this location, but...today went and made my order and well all was good except I also ordered an apple pie and I did not get it. Makes twice this has happened! Really upsetting because when you pay for something you expect to recieve it. So I rated 3 stars. Other than that nice atmosphere and the workers are friendly.

This Whataburger location is the tops!!! Corporate should be impressed!! Very clean. Awesome employees. I witnessed employees helping an elderly gentleman to his table, making sure he had everything he needed, getting his coffee, just being really helpful. It put a smile on my face. Thank you Whataburger!

Really misses this place. Its been years since I've been here. And yep it still is delicious

Went for breakfast at this location...arrived at 10:50. . Was going through the drive thru and decided to go in.. Breakfast stops at 11am... The woman in front of me had major questions...it's 11 am now 1102...Sabastian was nice enough but said breakfast was cut off...now what? I asked to speak to the manager Mary...told her I was in the door before 11...she basically said it was too late. .I've been in customer service for over 30 years and this was not a good grade... Till 11 ...if your grills were already changed to lunch then you did it too early...never will I stop at this location again!!!!
