Wetzel's Pretzels

So happy Wetzels started including free hair in every pretzel... only to be told it appears to be blonde and they wont replace it as the two working are not blonde. Clearly it was baked in though. Thanks Wetzel's.

Pretzels are always cold, and so is the cheese:( i just want a hotter snack😩

Most of the time the pretzels are hard and a waste of money. It's only in business because people like pretzels, but if the mall was smart they'd these it out for an Auntie Anne's

Very Deliberately Asked for four fresh pretzels and was given inedible garbage. Are they so desperate to sell old products and lose customers?

I was being generous with 1 star. I stopped today to get pretzel bites. The girl said they were out could i wait 5 minutes. I said no i will just take a pretzel and a side of cheddar cheese. She then told me they were out. I said ok nevermind then. To which she then turned her head and spit in trashcan. It looked like something that would come out of a mans mouth that had a big wad of chew in his mouth. It was DISGUSTING!!! I then went downstairs to the Wetzel kiosk and stood there for 15 minutes and nobody ever came. I own a business and this is no way to run one. Next time i want a pretzel i will drive the 30 minutes to Valley Mall and go to Annie's
