Wetzel's Pretzels

They don't carry sour cream at this location, but no need to be rude about it. Fix your menu and maybe customers won't ask. Otherwise, pretzels bitz are decent and portions are huge.

How do you not love these pretzels. I never miss going when I am in the city.

Came in to kindly ask for a bit of salt, was willing to even buy a pretzel for it. Was completely shut down and cut off verbally with a piercing additude, while asking. The tall man with piercings in his face didn't even apologize. He could've simply said "no love, but you may buy a pretzel." I'm never coming back. Treat people with respect this is a service industry.

I come here most times before taking the path home after work. Today, an hour before closing, i was the only one to walk up the counter to nobody. Momentarily, this lady doing some cleaning walks up to take my order. I asked for the cinnamon sugar bites, but not the ONE bag that's standing there. Not sure how long ago it's been there but NO, I don't want it. I like it freshly mixed right away. I know it tastes better that way than being in the oven for sometime. Again i asked her to get me the fresh perfume. Just add the melted butter and cinnamon sugar. But for this lady, it's a big deal. REFUSED. FORCED ME TO TAKE THE ONE THAT'S BEEN IN THE OVEN FOR WHATEVER TIME I DON'T KNOW. Am thinking, "you don't wanna work? Saving sugar like it's your own? Lol" come on now, you are almost closing, just let the customers have the last piece and pay up. Man, i love your pretzels but your employees need heart. 😂🤣

I wish I woulda took a picture but I was so disgusted I just threw it away right here in the trash when you go up the escalator to get the 4. The pretzel was dry and disgusting. Burnt and hard. No flavor just greasy bread. Like breadsticks from little ceasers cheap pizza taste better than this. I just wasted 5 bucks on nothing. They were young yes but playing at the register come on your at work. I never had a pretzel that nasty in my life. Don't go here go to Auntie Anne's instead it's on bowling green in the ferry terminal 2 stops away but worth the worry smh.

Really small place but the staff are friendly and it's super clean ! Lastly the pretzels are always fresh.

Needs AC - so hot I was sweating by the time I left the line.

I think it depends who is preparing and attending. But the last time, the hot dogs were almost burned and they still served them to people. Like the cashier did not feel like doing anything. Another day there were some girls and they attended very well.

If I could give it no stars I would!!!!! Got out of work at 9:30 PM rushed over there! Made it there by 9:45pm, to only see lights off and a young lady browsing through her mobiel device. I asked if it was closed she shook her head yes..... when closing time is 10PM! I reminded her of the time....her response was " what you want me to do ms.?! I ran out of pretzels" SMH how can a pretzel place run out?! Workers need better leadership training! Save your time and money and vusit another location

Was good one time but evidently a fluke. Usually just...baked bread with that cheap "processed" texture -- at exorbitant prices.

Small place staff is friendly.. FYI people they don't open until 11am on Sunday not sure why Google has it listed otherwise..
