Yes specials are for all day. They have a great selection at good prices.

Weds and Fri, and the fish is delicious. Perfectly cooked and melts in your mouth.
I don't know but the dining room chairs are absolutely filthy.
Usually only during Lent but they may still offer all you can eat fish on Friday
