Western Bagel

this is a place which is very convenient to pick up a bagel on your way to work their coffee is good as well. Just like every other place I would take a everything bagel with some cream cheese and locks, they will add some tomato lettuce and capers to that sandwich. I would recommend to order ahead of time at this place gets busy.

These bagels are total trash and overpriced. I’m shocked that there are so many 5 star reviews considering this was such a mediocre experience.

It's a bagel shop. I would like to give it a higher rating, but this place was a bit stingy on the cream cheese spread on my bagel. Also, the cashier forgot to give me my receipt. I normally go to the branch on Sepulveda in Van Nuys or on Santa Monica in West LA. The workers there are more generous and thoughtful. Although this location has a lot of potential because it's clean and convenient, I see why it's not as busy as other locations. The workers here are not paying attention, and they are not going that extra mile to make a customer happy. I still gave it 3 stars because I like bagels, especially Western bagels. I hope the owner trains the workers here better, including customer service. Oh, and no bathroom...

I like the quality of the bagels and the cream cheese. The staff is nice. There is a pleasant seating area outside to rest and eat your meal. The only thing that could be better is organization. The wait sometimes is long. I shouldn't have to wait in the order line if I had called and ordered ahead. I should be able to pick up my order at the register. The people that make the bagels wind up ringing up the order as well. Makes for a very chaotic and disorganized pace.

A cheesey everything bagel, nova lox. It's my new, expensive weakness. Oh, and the store is in a very nice location with parking in the back. They have vallet. Clean, with a classic feel to it.

Ordered online and called to be sure my order went through. Spoke with Mario and he was amazing and went above and beyond to fill my order as I requested. Fast and friendly service! Will order again 😊

Pretty mediocre bagel place, though I’m from ny. The food was not great. The service/times to get a bagel sandwich was awful (15 minutes on a quiet week day). Staffing didn’t seem to be an issue just not sure what people were doing. Wouldn’t return or recommend. Nice that there’s outdoor seating but there are better places, being in the midst of Ventura. Seems like they have their regulars which is cute, though not sure why one would frequent this place.
