Great service. Best Bloody Mary. Loved the peach coleslaw. Food is cooked fresh. Shrimp and grits were awesome.

I try to stop in when I am in town. The shrimp and flounder is the best! I was alittle disappointed with the red rice this time but the service is always friendly and overall it is a good experience

Food is good. Service is good. Just small portions at high prices. The individual shrimp however are fresh and jumbo. I like the place and people, just go there sparingly due to the cost.

Was in Charleston for the weekend at Joyce Meyers conference. Was late and wanted to try this place and it was well worth it. Food was absolutely delicious and fresh and also great hospitality. Please don't change anything!

Best service and best seafood! Their hushpuppies are so good and their seafood steam trays are amazing!!! Definitely worth a visit! I highly recommend!

The atmosphere was cozy and the food was delicious... The crab soup could use more crab meat. But it was tasty.

Favorite little local place. Laid back atmosphere. Great food. Friendly staff. Never a bad meal, but the Shrimp & Blue Crab Tomato Pie is my favorite ♡

Popped in really quick for lunch. I was by myself and didn't have much time, but I wanted to try Charleston food while visiting from out of state. I had the She Crab soup and it was amazing! I would try it again tomorrow, but there are still other Charleston specialties I want to try before I leave!

in Charleston for work and wanted to try some local seafood. We found the west Ashley crab shack. Mid Friday afternoon wash the perfect time. Free peanuts at the door. Hostess seated us and our server greeted us soon after. We ordered the double d sandwich and Charleston steamed seafood platterSnow crabs, steamed oysters, shrimp, sausage and potatoes. Our server Gina was awesome and genuine. The food was superb. Glad we stopped in the crab shack.

Service was great the food was good would like to see more shrimp and oysters and less sides would be great. Other than that my experience was very warm and cozy

Local seafood joint. Portions were decent. Grilled shrimp was delicious! Prices were a little more then we were expecting. A grilled shrimp plate was $20. We got two drinks from the bar and they were great! Try the Crippled Crab! The atmosphere was what you'd expect from a mom n pop place, nothing fancy. Service was good, the waitress was knowledgeable about the menu which was helpful.

Oh my goodness! Ambiance is great. Service was wonderful. Ordered the stuff flounder and the crab and shrimp casserole.... Outstanding! Would def come back next time we're in town.

Oh my goodness!!! The food is a amazing!!! The fish and shrimp tasted fresh and delicious the crab cakes were heaven. Even the sides like the fried green tomatoes, fried okra, fries, and greens were incredible! The meals were so big we had to get to go plates and we are pretty excited about these leftovers :) we will definitely be back
