The West End Bakery and Cafe has been serving made-from-scratch food using locally sourced and organic ingredients since 2001. Fresh baked breads, pastries and desserts compliment our breakfast, lunch and weekend evening menus. We have organic locally roasted coffee and espresso as well as beer, wine, and mimosas.

Vague Stuff
DELICIOUS biscuit and sausage gravy! Ample seating spaced out so you aren't in your neighbors lap. Did not have to wait an hour. Why go to that 'other' place when everything you need is here? Have visited Asheville several times now and wish I had found this earlier instead of wasting my time in line and overpaying elsewhere. Nice staff as well.

Always have a great experience here! Delicious food and the pastries are huge--great prices too! The veggie sandwich and grilled cheese deluxe are both SO GOOD.
