The workers didn't have on gloves,when my daughter said something to them attitudes flared up they were handling food with out sanitizing their hands one worker was mumbling under her breath saying people always got an opinion, my opinion is that orientation and sanitation classes are a must and a must the three ladies that were working tonight are not customer friendly. And the restuarant was not clean.

Tried again. Pulled away from the drive thru and took a sip of what was supposed to be diet coke. It had NO carbonation and no ice. I had to turn around and then went into the restaurant. Handed my drink to a kid there and told him it was flat and had no ice. He took it and didn't say a word. I waited 9+ min for another drink. I assume that they needed to change something but no one said a word to me. Also, everyone had a mask on but only one was wearing it over their nose.The sandwich was good.

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the food there is delicious and the crew is very friendly and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we pass a delightful evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

Raw chicken sandwich! Made me sick to my stomach. Stay far away!! Still haven’t been contacted about this disgraceful sandwich! It’s now 2020 and never heard anything about this raw sandwich! Close this location b4 someone really gets sick!

Food was good. I got the #4 big Bacon classic. Friendly service. Cons, was very cold in the restaurant. Out of Coke and Sprite, could not get refill.

I'm not one to typically write about complaints but feel the need to do so. I realize to this is a small world problem but I don't recommend this Wendy's.While we had issues with them not having the ketchup or napkins out, not being able to really get ketchup packets, and the food not having the condiments on it that they should have, I could deal with all that. Even with the drink machine not working properly and staining my skin pink from the flavoring packet isn't too big of a deal. But they had the air on inside. It's 40 degrees outside and the air was blasting. We all were shivering and having a hard time eating our food because our hands were ice cold. It's sad that we warmed up by going outside.

Lobby closed at 8pm buts says open until 11pm and the employees inside just don’t care that your truck doesn’t fit in there drive thru.

This location is often a hit or miss with the drive thru. Sometimes you're out in less than 5 minutes or like last night, 12/29/19, I was in line for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Why I stayed so long? I have no idea. I'm very patient, I guess.Food hasn't ever been a problem. The favorite used to be the chili but each time I've gotten it here, at this location, it's either 1. too watery, 2. bottom of the barrel or 3. no flavor, so I switched to the baconator and it's been great every time.Overall, no issues with this place besides the drive-thru. And like most people, we'd rather stay in our car than park and walk in.

Slow. Sandwiches can be extra wet from the water on the lettuce. I guess it's good to know they rinse off their lettuce 😄

Always a long line with mediocre service. Went today, 8/29/19 @ 7:30 PM and the doors were locked. Pretty sure you can't lock up the dining room that early
