Food is good, but I honestly don't understand why I can't substitute my drink out for extra nuggets in the Four for $4 deal, the drink costs more than the nuggets, it would actually be saving them money...

I don't like the pickles! They should be dill pickles, not some hybrid between dill and sweet pickles! Yuck!

The service was terrible. The girl who took our order was rude and then while sitting in the drive thru looking through the first window we pull up to on of the employees is eating, wiping his face of one his apron and handling customers food without washing his hands or gloves. After all said and done we did not get our full order. I work in customer service and this by far takes the cake on bad service here in bend. Customers should never feel like an inconvenience.

Very friendly staff, fast service and well kept inside. The bathrooms were clean for the most part but it seemed like only a few staff members were working that had to do everything else as well. Bottom line though it was good and we had a good experience.

The grease wasthe killer my fries were hot and crisp and the next minute they were soggy.Not the best meal I've had from there .I will say the young lady at the drive thru seems genuinely happy and that is refreshing.

Best fast food fries! Good menu Choices. Would be 5 stars but any burger smaller than a double seems to be cold to look warm every time.

The food was hot, good & a decent price. They were busy due to it being lunch time, so we had to wait a bit longer than expected for our lunch order. One of the employee's gave us a free frosty for the wait, which was a nice treat to have on a warm day. Thank you!
