If convenience wasn't one if my buying motives, I would not visit this restaurant. There's hardly ever any greeting to the customer, they are always out of one thing, give you too much of something else that adds no value to your meal, or something's not working. I can't complain too much about the food, but if you're looking for even a median customer service experience, look somewhere else. "Get you food, and get on through!" is the impression I'm left with.

Ordered a Bacon Jalapeño chicken sandwich with the Homestyle chicken. VERY disappointed to get chicken that was so old that I had to pull pieces off because they were so hard and not edible. I don’t expect 5 star quality at a fast food restaurant, but honestly ask yourself if you would eat what the item are serving in the condition you’ve chosen to serve it in. If the answer is no, don’t serve it! I wouldn’t mind waiting for fresh food. This was my first time visiting and will likely be my last.

Food is always fresh and hot. Still check your order before you leave. Haven't had an issue with this location in the past 3 years. Great job, fair to great customer service!

Customer service is pretty awful. I used the app to order a salad. When I got inside I found out they were out of the salad I ordered, even though I already was charged for it. They did make me a new one, but it took a while and they missed the avocado I paid extra for. The cashier did not seem to care about the situation whatsoever. I'm not coming back here again.

They definitely need to hire. Its very obvious in the service quality. I ordered the 4 for 4. In addition to the person taking my order being rude and seemingly interested in being anywhere but work, my order was wrong, my fries were more cool that warm, the nuggets weren't fresh, and my drink was flat. Smh.

They offer a nice variety of delicious food. I enjoyed eating here. Employees are always very friendly, rates are affordable and the place is always well organised.

Yall trust me, that #4 from Wendy's breakfast menu!!! My God!!! I am not a breakfast person but when I tell you that the Chick ain't got nothing on that #4!!! Almost caught the holy ghost thinking about it!!Hallelujah!!!

Every time I try to give this Wendy’s a chance they remind me of why I much rather drive to Blythewood. For one they are always slow and backed up when they have a ton of workers in the building. The fries are always old. And the customer service is horrible! They look and talk to you with attitudes for no reason at all. Do better.. definitely won’t be going back though.
