This Wendy's restaurant has very fast service. The food tastes great and the inside of the building is immaculate. The workers were kind and courteous. I'd recommend to coming here. The only downside is that the place doesn't have a guest WiFi service. When in this day of age most fast food restaurants provide you this free service.

Decent restaurant. I would give it 5 stars but it needs some TLC. Also, it needs a new update, cause every other Wendy, has soda machine outside and TV's.

A great place for old fashion burgers and fries, healthy salads, baked potato or French fries with sea salt, but here the Chile with beans are my favorite...Also a good dessert menu!Here I experience great friendly service, prompt warm food in a tidy casual atmosphere!Parking for plenty with wheelchair access, clean restrooms. You may order from the drive through or Uber eats and Doordash app!

Since Wendy's is my favorite fast food chain, it gets at least 4 stars just for that. This particularly location tends to be mobbed and the traffic situation on Franklin Ave is rather nightmarish. They haven't received the modern remodel yet and still have the classic layout and decor, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. They're the only Wendy's I've ever been to that claimed to have run out of chocolate Frosty's. But all that being said, it's a Wendy's and I love it. ;]

The food was made as I ordered. The lady who took my order was very cordial and polite. She made me and everyone she served feel welcome. The staff I encountered was very helpful and offered excellent customer service. The food was good and prepared the way I expected. The customer service of the other fast food places I visit in the area is nothing compared to the customer service at this Wendy's. Keep up the excellent customer service! Thank you!

I frequent this special place from time to time because I like the special atmosphere that is outline this restaurant. The personel is awfuly loyal and professional. The service is pretty quick. Not to mention, the food you get is perfect. I ate there often and I was always happy. The pay is honest. I highly suggest this restaurant to to all.

Food was good, but on my Asiago Ranch Chicken Club Sandwich, the breaded part was BURNT. I didn't want it that crispy LOL Wendy's! The fries were not good. A bunch of them were soggy and tastes like they were deep fried in old oil.The line is like in the middle between slow and fast. Drive through is always crowded.

As Wendy's go. It's a good one. Sometimes staff is slow but when it comes to what's important (cleanliness and food freshness!) It is better than most. I'd rather wait a little longer when I am sure the food is fresh and the kitchen is clean.

The food was average & not hot. I never received a drink with the kids meal I purchased. I didn't want to go back up to get the drink because the staff seemed all over the place. It was an extremely long wait in line and I was only the second person in line. The wait was so long that I had to have my son pick up my screaming toddler grandson from the high chair & bring him to me, because he thought I left him. After sitting down with our food the line became outrageous. When I went back up to get frosties, I was about the 7th person in line, with about 11 little league players behind me. Probably won't sit in this place ever again to eat. My experiences with the drive thru was better than sitting in.
