I'm giving the cashier 5 stars because she was running back and forth taking and processing orders without any complaints. I waited for almost and hour for the most dry and overcooked chicken sandwich I have ever had. Tried to call the store and let a manager know but they never answered the phone. Needless to say, money wasted. I will never eat here agai .

Stopped at this Wendy's at around 8:45 p.m. not busy in dining room one person in line order was already taken he was waiting on his food.. I step up girl putting money in cash register change then walk off looks back as she's walking off saying be back.. she's fixing the other customers food while there's about seven to eight more people crowded around the drive-thru window area and no one bothers to take my order so after 5 minutes of waiting I left bad service everyone there needs to be fired..

Oh, I’ll never eat here again. This is one place in Douglasville that I can honestly say I will never eat at again. The manager during the time I came was being rude to the coworkers and in front of me and others customers. I ordered 2 singles w/ cheese and I asked them to please make sure you put cheese on my singles and when I got them there was no cheese and I still got charged for it which made me really angry. If I was not in a rush I probably would have spotted the mistake but I was not brought to my knowing until I pulled out the parking lot. While waiting for my food I used the store restroom which was also super nasty. I usually don’t even write reviews but due to my experience here, I had to write about it.

UPDATE: General Manager contacted me apologized and offered a free meal, yet I never received anything to use to redeem it. Issue: Our order had three custom sandwiches, which seemed to irritate the staff member. When I decided at the end to change a sandwich to the $4 deal she seemed very upset after I stated I was sorry. She walked off to get the manager to help her fix it, because she apparently didn't know how. When we were done she practically tossed the receipt at me. On the GOOD side the food was fresh and tasted great! To bad the unfriendliness of one staff member started the visit.

I love Wendy's but their getting terrible with messing up your orders make sure you check your food just left I live 30mins from there got a bacon sandwich no bacon 😑... last time no cheese there's the cheese time before that no tomatoes there's the tomatoes no mayo there it is I usually order at least 4 burgers there's always something

Very very slow when all I ordered was a small fry for my children. No organization! But my kids did say that the food was good.

I’ve been here in the middle of the day when the food was great and the drive-thru line was moving. Five stars usually. I’ve also been here after 9 pm a few times - much different experience. Long wait, lukewarm food. Not five stars. Try to go in the middle of the day.

It was ready when I got there but one hamburger was not made the way it should have been, the sweet tea was very weird tasting and no sauce of a particular one asked for.

This location reliably serves fresh, great tasting food. However, the service can be slow and the orders are not accurate way too often.For example, tonight I received the wrong burger.

If you want fast, friendly service...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Food was standard Wendy's fare. Chicken sandwich was hot and fresh. (That's what bumped them up to two stars.) A lot of apathy and bad attitudes amongst employees. I was handed straws as if on the receiving end of a sword thrust. Had to ask three times for the next item from my order that was left off. Got some great eye rolls from both employees at the window, still no verbal communication. $50 later, I decided I would sit at the window until I got a thank you (or really any acknowledgement) The shift manager finally came to window to ask if he could help. I told him I was waiting on a thank you. He said he'd take care of it. I wish him luck! Too many options available to be subjected to rude, apathetic service.

I love this Wendy's! I've been craving a salad for 3 weeks now (my stomach has not been ok), and finally got one. However, it wasn't quite right. I called just to ask what we could do, and I was blown away by how nice and helpful the employee was. She immediately believed me (I hate when places treat you like a scammer, though I understand why), sympathized, and apologized! Idk if it's the southern hospitality, if she's just that friendly and professional, or if it's both; but I appreciate it! Anyway, without hesitation she came up with a solution and got it sorted, all in a 3 min phone call. Maybe because I've been so sick the past few years, but small things like that mean A LOT to me (way more than the salad)! Everyone makes mistakes; it's how they handle it that counts. Thanks Rhonda, I hope you see this (and that I spelt your name correctly... And that you get a raise...or at least some fries lol).
