After being self isolated for 2 weeks, I ordered 4 for $4 deal takeout. It was missing 1 burgerAnd the fries were old and cold.

Slow, got my food wrong twice, and my drink. No one was inside, I had to go in to correct my order as well as the person I was with. The drive thru took about 15 minutes with no one inside, nor a long line outside... disappointed. When they got it right, the burger was good, but the chicken my friend got was overcooked, most likely in old grease... they tasted the oldness... not a fresh homestyle sandwich.

So I usually go to Wendy’s on Cliffdale!! But since Louise st bridge is open, this one is a little closer! I ordered (7) 4 for 4s... I even went inside, as I didn’t want them to feel rushed at t the drive thru! So I get home, and my fries are cold as ice! They must of had them there for at least and hour or more! Guess they figured this was a quick was to get rid of the old cold fries!!🙄 long story short! Check your bag before you leave to ensure your food is fresh! That’s the last 35 dollars they will see of mine! 🙄🙄

The food was so so, the drive through service was extremely slow. There were employees standing around while I waited at the window for my order to be given to me. And then they did not give me the correct dipping sauce for my nuggets. I should have just cooked at home. Maybe it's the work ethic of some of these younger people.

Food was good and of good temperature upon calling our order.. it looked clean and well kept... staff was polite. We enjoyed our lunch.

Went to Wendy's drive through with 2 orders. 1st order came out but they couldn't find my order on screen. They said somehow the order was bumped from the screen. I waited around 10 minutes for my order (a 4 for 4) to be made and brought out to me and this is what my sandwich looked like. Barely melted cheese, barely on the sandwich, really thrown together. If you are going to have someone waiting in your drive through for an additional 10 minutes due to a mistake on your part the least you could do it put the sandwhich together so that it's not a mess when its opened.

Out of buns (how?), out of honey mustard, out of ketchup cups, out of half the drinks in the machine. Had to change my order three times to figure out what they had in stock! Good luck with your order if you decide to go there....

Didn’t get all our food and no receipt. Told them about everything that was wrong. Was told to go back through the line. Went back, ordered more food plus told about wrong order and no receipt. Same situation. At this point I’m going to believe that some simpletons work there.

It was a bad experience. The customer service was terrible and five people that were behind us in line had received their food before us. The whole experience was just terrible.
