Terrible customer service.. just left they had to remake a sandwich and redo fries that I specifically asked to be fresh.. only to get cold fries AGAIN!!! With a bad attitude on top of that, the only good service you get is from the managers, but their too busy trying control their sinking ship of workers to make this establishment worth going to. I see why they keep rebuilding this place, and it's still bad smh

A typical Wendy's. We usually stop to get a baked potato and chili. I understand their hamburgers are good but don't know 1st hand because I prefer fire grilled to just a flat grill. Just my preference, but I don't like hamburgers when the grease doesn't run off. Although I don't eat at Burger King either (usually) I do prefer their method of cooking the burgers.

Always slow. Plan on spending nearly an hour in the drive through on any given day.

The chicken sandwich I ordered was delicious, but beware!!!! The spicy chicken is no longer red like it used to be!!! It will sneak up on you quickly. Love the remodel and look of the place.

Pray the drive thru lane isn't long, it takes them close to 15 minutes per car to get orders out. Go have a nice steak dinner somewhere and you'll be fed before you get your cold food from Wendys in Dover.

This Wendy's was recently remodeled. It is much nicer now and has a small electric fireplace with a more comfortable environment for eating. The only thing is that service was a slow.
