I was missing one chicken nugget out of my value nuggets. Asked for barbecue and got honey mustard dipping sauce. Was not given any straws and ordered two chocolate frosties. The ordering menu board the super old-fashioned and out of date and I literally had to scream my order into the box and he was still unclear of what I said after the third repeatiton.

This place needs help! The lobby is always freezing! The staff are incompetent at best, and your order is never accurate. I know it will be a little drive, but go to another Wendy's or somewhere else.Yesterday, I ordered a son of a Baconator plain, with extra pickles. What did I get??? Buns, meat and 6 pickle chips, Neither cheese or bacon was on my sandwich. What the heck is wrong with this place? Who is in charge here?

Everytime we go in the service is horribly slow. Like you're in there for at least 30 min waiting on your food despite multiple employees. Sometimes it takes at least 10 min for them to take your order even if no one else is in line. Your food is always cold, and if you ask for no dairy they will include extra dairy. This time when they finally fixed the sandwich, it appears they just scrapped off the cheese. There was no salt on the stale fries. Only go here if there are no other options.

Fast service. Only complaint is when a food service worker has fingernails that are so long that they actually scratch/touch my hand as they give my change back. Long fingernails are, and look very unsanitary. I wish Wendy's (and all restaurants) would set a policy that would limit the nail length of its employees, or require them to wear gloves. Otherwise, Wendy's is great!

i am just going to have to stay away from this place. I went thru the drive thru and asked for my food to be fresh. Got to the window to pick up my food. wow the chicken nuggets was not fresh. so i asked the guy at the drive thru what is wrong with these peoples. Well called and guess who i got the pleasure of talking to the lady with the accent. She is horrible. I just need to stay away while she is the manager. she even took my fries back on one time i was there. Thats a big no no. but she did. what is her problem???????

I had a coupon and tried this place out for a couple of sandwiches. Good food. Enjoyed it. But I felt that the shop is a little dirty. So giving it 4 stars.

Very very pore service and rude!! It took us about 20 mins to even get to order our food and that was inside with one person infront of us. They was more worried about the drive thru. I will not go back to that location.

Wendy's is about the only fast food I can eat anymore. They have better quality in my opinion.
