Wendy's

RUDE WORKERS at the drive thru, they tried rushing through my order adding items i didnt want and to top it off they didnt want to give me a receipt!!!

I don't like giving bad reviews but, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Wendy's. Too many details to list. It was extremely dirty. The restroom even worse. I will not return to this location. My order was also not what I asked for, even though it was correct on my receipt. This is not fast food. It takes them a long time to get an order out. I'm sure the good reviews on here are mostly fake. Especially the one saying the waiters were chatty. No waiters at Wendy's guy, sorry. I do hope for the sake of other people, they do a complete 360 of staff and procedures of this location.

Went here and ordered my meal. Got to the drink choices and they were out of half their drinks. Tried to order a frosty and their machine was down. Ordered what I could and paid cash. Henrietta gave me all dimes and pennies and said that was all the change she had. Go to the McDonald's down the street, you still won't be able to get any ice cream but at least you'll get a good coke and maybe some customer service

If all goes wrong there's no better place to eat at than Wendy's. Everything just taste good.

As I place my order repeatedly cut off never told they were out of soda just offered different brands and as I tried to upgrade my fries to jalapeno cheese fries I ended up having to paying for the jalapeno cheese fries separately because she kept cutting me off and would not listen. And as per the photo I'm throwing this out. P.S. won't let me post the photo

They need to revamp the menu to compete with all the new burger joints around. Still good though. The spicy chicken nuggets are not like they once were though

Very elegant and convenient restaurant. They provide large meals and for fair rates. I enjoyed the food very much and the waiters were super affable and chatty. Recommended.

Wonderful ambience and super welcoming service. The meals were fresh and delightful. Will absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone. Reasonable rates and large meals. Great job.

Tonight was a particularly bad experience. One soda machine was empty, the other was partially broken spewing the carbonated water in and soca concentrate in different directions. As a result the floor was very sticky and gross. Speakers were blown out playing distorted music. There were no napkins available and most tables were not properly cleaned.It wasn’t a busy time, only a couple other customers. The food was still good though!

The breakfast was great fresh off the grill surprised people is not spreading the word besides the advertisement

Fast food? more like slow food! I'm surprised this establishment has any stars. Waiting in the Drive-Thru line that did not move for 15 minutes. Decide to walk in and service was even slower inside. Customer service it's horrible at this location, as well as not being properly stocked as many of the items on the menu are unavailable. Would highly recommend driving the distance to visit another location. Or eating else where.

If I could put a zero star I would. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been too. My partner and I stop here between ambulance calls for lunch. The crew members are awful. Very rude, she basically tossed the food at my partner monday. Today I listened to her be so rude to a customer who had a fairly big order and wanted to make sure she had everything. This isn't the first, second or third time we (I) have encountered this. The girl who runs the cash register tries to over charge and never gives you a receipt. Completely horrid customer service. Attitudes give the Wendy's reputation a very bad name.
