Visited after the lunch rush, the food was received promptly. Everything was fresh and delicious! The dining room experience was loudly interrupted due to one particular employee whose conversation could be heard from nearby the office to where we were seated in the dining room. The trashcans at the door were overflowingand the floor was in desperate need of attention. FYI- May want to consider having a "Pep Talk" with the loud employee to stress professionalism and self-discipline concerning appropriate volume and conversations.

Wendy's food is always good for fast food. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes great sometimes absolutely poor.

Last afternoon I had a bad experience in Wendy's at S.Miami Blvd. So i decided not to go Wendy's back again. But my wife said this is best place then other store..its little far away for me but I tried it for my wife. Honestly the food and service is so good. More importantly they kept restaurant clean. I hope manager name Chris , he is very nice and helpful. And this team quicker, better and helpful. The one in S.miami Blvd is near this one little far for me, but for the service and atmosphere it's worth to travel here. Thanks guys

Food was prepared hot and tasted fresh. I will be going back there. One more thing, I love the variety in Wendy's menu. There menu does add thing according to the seasons which is smart.

Food quality is consistent. Only 4 stars because I think they are overpriced for what you get. Drive thru service seems kind of slow most of the time.

The staff is friendly, but this Wendy's is always slow.. Plan on spending 5 mins in line (which is pretty quick) and 20 mins waiting on your food.. It's the closest one so I've been there multiple times and always have the same experience..
