You get 3 stars because the food is pretty good, however do not ever be in a hurry because it always takes forever!!!!

The food was mediocre at best, it's more the train gimmick than the actual food why you should go here. Definitely a place to visit when you are staying in Kansas city or a place to show your friends and family when they visit you but not a place where I would go and eat frequently

Thank you Wendy's night shift!!! Because if two of you hadn't looked at me waiting at the counter, then turned your backs to me and walked out of sight in the back I wouldn't have even considered going across the street to the Loves and Hardee's!!! But at Hardee's I was greeted warmly and my order taken immediately 😁 so thanks Wendy's because of you I found fast friendly service AND hot delicious food....goooo team Wendy's 👎😂

It's my go to. Always fresh, never frozen! Since the Wendy's chain has been revamped they really have done a good job maintaining the stores. Clean, and comfortable. The employees are nice at all the ones I frequent.

Cashier was completely distracted. He was first chit chatting with another employee while I waited to place my order. Then he gave me the completely wrong thing for my order. Unfortunately I was already down the road when I noticed the mistake. They said they will take my name down for the next time I come through. I don't know when that will be. They said they can't do refunds of a card purchase for my own security. I usually check my orders, but didn't this time. They need to figure out a way to fix mistakes they make to help the customer out. When I called they knew exactly the item that was switched but couldn't fix the problem.

It's a truck, stop, when i do stop in there and grab a burger or something, it doesn't take very long, but its doing lunch hour. I had no problems so far.
