I ordered and my order came to $7.66. Well, I ended up paying with $20.66. When we got to the window and she handed me my change (THANK GOD I ACTUALLY CHECKED), she only handed me $3.00, because she keyed my payment in as being $10.66. So then I ended up having to sit and wait for 15 minutes for the manager to count the drawer while I patiently waited for my additional $10.00. I know it was a mistake, but if I wouldn't have looked and instead just shoved the change in my purse like I normally do, then I would have lost $10.00.

I'm from Michigan and I was in the area and stopped to get something to eat in Roanoke and I found that the staff at Wendy's that afternoon was so friendly and courteous, thank you

At drive thru, I ordered two hamburgers. I had to pull over & wait, they said they would bring the burgers to me. After 8 minutes, I had to go get them. They were ready, just no one ran them out.

This Wendy's location was pretty rough since I've been coming here for the past year or so but within the past two weeks they have really got their stuff together. The quality of the meat, buns, bacon, fries and all around meal presentation has been greatly improved. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the location and customers that are in and around the restaurant which isn't Wendy's fault at all.
