Valerie was AMAZING! She took our order and went above and beyond, being so friendly and gave the best customer service I’ve ever had at a fast food joint. Also, I know what you’re thinking, how can a Wendy’s be 5 stars, well, I had a great experience, food still is like a 3/5, except the sugar cookie was 5/5. I didn’t even know they made cookies!!

Ordered the biggie bag meal which I didn't realized existed. It included a bacon double stacked cheeseburger, 4pc nuggets, regular fries and drink for $5. The burger was a tad dry but again maybe because I ate the burger last and I was a bit full from the meal that I ate slower than usual. Overall, the meal provided good value. If the burger was juicy then my rating would have been 5 stars.

This location is cute. It is decorated nicely for each season and holiday. Management has created a lovely place to eat a quick meal and the food is always good.

2/15/20 Their french fries had too much salt, I could barely eat half of them - had to throw the rest away. Apparently this has been an constant problem due to lack of crew training and the lack station cleaning during the day. If half stars were possible, my ranking would be 2 1/2 stars.Went in about 11am on a Thursday, they were having computer/register problems, but they still were able to take orders.It was quiet, few customers, drive thru seem busy.Ordered a single cheeseburger and a smoothie. The cheeseburger was good, but the meat appeared to be slightly overcooked. My one major complaint would be the leaf of "inedible, hard", core lettuce they had on it, which I have seen before. It was "not" the green, fresh piece of lettuce featured in all their ads. I immediately pulled it off. Wendy's had always been one of the better fast foods, and their prices tend to match.

It's fast food. It's the same as all the other locations. Food is hot, tastes good. I will say though, they're inconsistent with the salt on the fries.

At first glance you may think this Wendy's is living in the past, but you should be glad to hear that the food is on par with the much more modern Wendy's. Only complaint would be that their soda machine consistently puts out mixes that taste a bit off. 🤷♂
