Wendys

Painfully slow.. horrible. I will never come back. Most people only have less than hour for lunch. I am spending 15-20 mins in line waiting.

Went through the drive thru with my bf for a quick bite to eat. We were kind of in a hurry to be somewhere and didn't have a lot of time. I ordered a single with cheese, lettuce and Mayo. I got a single with cheese, mustard and ketchup no lettuce. We both got fries and a drink. I got a frosty. The buns on both sandwiches seemed stale. He wasn't impressed with the taste of his sandwich either. I used to like eating Wendy's, but lately their staff don't seem to listen or verify what you order. We probably won't pick Wendy's again for a very long time, if ever again.

Floors so greasy I left without ordering. Grease smells, please take care of the building if you want ppl to eat there. You know to expect?, standard fast food. Hey guys bring back your salad bar. Why are all great things in the past?

Food as good as any other Wendy's but slower than molasses in January. Don't go for lunch if you have less than an hour break

Great employees, but you only have about a 30% chance of the dining room being open. A little frustrating that the restaurant has gotten rid of just about every affordable option while reducing portion and quality and you can’t even order in person. Sadly another Covid casualty

Food tastes very good... But they got my order wrong again. Didn't have time to go back.... Ate it anyway.

Norwood Wendy's is the worst place to eat. They even remodeled and got it looking great but the service and the food is horrible!😔

Wendy's is always great for us. Handy when go out to do errands. Prices are affordable. I'm. A senior and I really appreciate the free coffee and cola!!

I arrived when they were extremely busy, but their customer service and spend were spot on. Did a great job.

I am a truck driver, and every time I come here for lunch, their dine in hours change ! One week, they open at 11am, 2 weeks later, it's noon. I can't get through the drive thru, and their door says open at 9am. It's so frustrating, I called in to complain, and they sent me to a manager who had no idea where this restaurant even is, hilarious! If the corporation can't get it right, why would a bunch of kids? You can do better!

Drive through was way too long and when I got home the burger was thrown together and the fries were cold and stale.

Got some spicy jalapeno burger from here and I gotta say it was pretty dang good. Always come to a Wendy's for a bite and they never disappoint

Service stinks very slow front counter had no help catered to drive thru. Will not use this Wendy's again.

Got 5 jbc s and all 5 had the hardest bacon hurt my mouth and wife's won't return to this location again

For fast food and a national chain, Wendy's has a good selection and healthier options. This one can be an adventure, but they are always friendly.
