Wendy's

The manager Chris was very rude, came over while the cashier was taking our money and interrupted her! Sent her away to work somewhere else and walked away himself! No apology no receipt given no cups for drinks no info at all. The new cashier moved on to the next customer! Got our burgers and waited 3 minutes for fries cause no one put them down! Still no apology for the wait or interruption! Of course our burgers were wrong and didn't even special order anything! This man should not be managing young adults! He shouldn't be working with the public or managing young adults with his bad attitude! Still tried to blame the girl he sent to do something else when I asked him his name! No you lazy rude man it was all you, not her at all!

I knew you was cool. Burgers are great. How to coupon for some free nuggets. They were also pretty good.

Came here Saturday at 2:00. Waited 10min to order. Then 15 for food. Just to get my food to find out the order is wrong. No reciept from the kiosk to see if I messed up or them. Then there were to many people standing at the counter to even take care of it. Why didn't they build a bigger Wendy's? This place is always so full there is nowhere to sit

I'm pretty tolerant of the mood working fast food puts a person in. From personal experience of working in fast food I understand. However I really cant see why everytime I stop at this wendy's in oberlin they are truly unpleasant people to even interact with. I'm not going to be dramatic and say I will never stop here again. However I just wanted to comment on how bad of of job they do at customer service in hope that they take notice and attempt to fix it. I hope this wendy's doesn't stay so unpleasant, it really is a good place to eat.

I never leave reviews but I'm so done with this place. The worst place I've ever dealt with. Your order never comes out right, the staff is rude, and what food you do get is always cold. I love Wendy's and was so excited to have the new restaurant so close but what's the point if you are disappointed every time. Hopefully it shuts down and gets replaced with something else sooner rather than later.

Food was good place was a little dirty .

Time and time again, this place has disappointed me and my family. Missing food, messed up sandwiches, wrong orders, and poor customer service. The employees have bad attitudes and are rude. The Oberlin location is by far the worse store ever. Today was the last straw. I found a plastic bun wrap tie in my double stack. Not ordering from this location again.

$5 biggy bag is a good deal

Pretty terrible. Manager screaming. Trash everywhere. Untrained crew. Loved how they mashed my sandwich for me.

If you want to eat Wendy's for dinner then you better get in there drive-thru by 11 am, slowest fast food restaurant I've ever seen

We went to drive thru and I was almost late for work because of how slow the service was. Even when we got to the window where they hand out the food, we waited almost 10 minutes. It wasn't a big order, it wasn't all that busy, so it should not have taken that long.

I just want to say that Linda the manager was very respectful and helped me with my order when there was mis communication. I appreciate her greatly. Hope you read this

We were given the wrong food and when we went back to correct it they still didn't get it right.

The restaurant is nice and new (unlike most Wendy's which are old and dilapidated) but the staff is moderately incompetent. The professionalism, appearance and customer service offer by the employees leaves a lot to be desired. I probably will not be coming here anytime soon.

98% of the time I have been there they have messed up my order! While I was in there for them to replace an order that they messed up (which was supposed to be a bacon cheese burger got a grilled chicken sandwich) they messed up the replacement order!
