Always cold food plus they always mess up my order and when I call they refuse to fix the food they mess up. Manager should not be a manager anywhere constantly rude and no people skills. Worst Wendy's I've been to.

Went with coupon.. drive through Sunday 4pm. Fast, good food. But should have someone who speaks more clearly working the speaker at the drive thru. Also, $2.99 for baconator fries should be more that 15 fries slathered in cheese with a 1/2 piece of bacon is a bit uncool. Burgers were great though.. just wont get the fries next time.

Crew was friendly, manager was NOT. Asked for a new salad or maybe one with some cheese on it, was basically told that's how they are made and she cannot help me. This is the ONLY wendys in macomb county whose salads are so sad and small. Not even allowed to purchase more toppings for it. As a fellow customer service worker, it's sad that you guys allow people to walk out unhappy - especially when it's something as small as cheese.

Pretty cool here, Very clean bathrooms and the customer service was good. Went there at 2 and there was no line, Not sure if it's always this slow but all I know is that my service here was pretty fast.

Horrible place. Manager wouldn't get order right. I didn't get his name. Couldn't replace 2 spicy chicken with 2 homestyle because there was only 15 minutes left. He had no customer service skills whatsoever.

The lady at the particular location I went to was super friendly and called me by name when placing my order. She was so sweet that I'd go back to that location specifically to say hi to her. I will have to get her name next time. Super sweet lady!

Would be great service if they disnt charge for the items that COME with the burger or if they'd answer their phone considering they are not busy when I do call and if their managers were not so rude

Last time I was here I ordered a salad. Not difficult. They didn't put anything in it. No chicken, no cheese. Just the apples and lettuce. When I went back after work i spoke to a guy named Joe that claimed he was a manager and would give me a refund for the salad that i didnt eat and even brought back I'd I came in the next say on my lunch when his gm was there and offered to replace it at said time. Went back the next day and guy was not there. I dont get enough time for my lunch to chase down a guy that may or may not be who he said he is and may or may not fulfill his promise.Not the first time they messed up my salads. But this time drew the line and I won't be back.
