I haven't ate at Wendy's in about 2 years. I got chicken sandwich combo. When I got home and looked at my sandwich it was burnt to where I couldn't even eat it. The fries were old. I can't believe they would serve a customer a burnt sandwich. I will never eat at Wendy's again.

The service is slow at the drive thru lane and inside. Customer service is nonexistent. The manager was sitting in the office while the staff was struggling to serve 4 customers at the front counter. My order was just over $11 and I waited 15 at the counter

I have to say honestly this is the dirtiest fast food restaurant I ever walked into. The floors were sticky, every single table was dirty and when we left the doors were sticky and gross. The service wasn’t any better. The cashier went into slow motion....I asked for my order of the grilled chicken sandwich to make new because usually they just sit there for a long time. Well, it wasn’t hot and tasted exactly like it was sitting there a long time. I gave up and just wanted to leave. I never leave reviews, it’s the first and I’am a flexible person and easy going, so you must know if I write a review it means a lot.

We went to this Wendy's 12/22/19 around 1pm and in the process of ordering the girl taking the order started mocking the way we were talking and then some other workers started laughing and we could hear it though the speaker. This is not appropriate behavior for anyone let alone someone working in customer service. If it were my employee they wouldn't have a job. Maybe hire some more employees that have common decency and a little bit of common sense.

Pretty damn terrible, again. Slow service, forgot my fries, dude handing me my food wasn't rude, but couldn't even be bothered to say a word. It's like I was interrupting his evening by getting food. I don't expect fast food to be great, but at least give me what I ordered and be half way pleasant.

The only good part of my experience is that I received my food. It TOOK FOREVER. FROM GETTING IN LINE TO GETTING MY FOOD TOOK 20 MINS. I will add to that that is went inside because I thought it was faster than the drive thru.This has got to be the slowest Wendy's in the history of Wendy's

The drive thru sucks. 10 minutes just to get to order your food. Inside is better and faster but still doesn't make more than a 4 star rating. Granted, it isn't a 5 star restaurant, but they sure don't strive to be better either.

When I arrived there was a funny odor in the restaurant, and the staff were arguing behind the counter while people were standing in line to place their order. I decided to eat in, and when I got to the table to eat, my shoes were sticking to the carpet that didnt look like it has been cleaned in a very long time. I will probably not eat here again.

I had a mobile coupon and it wasn’t working properly both mangers said they don’t know how to work the app and her exact words were “I don’t know what to tell you†they wouldn’t honor the coupon or do anything.not good customer service.
