I got the large chili. It was great in this cold weather.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Me and my grand mother orders our food at wait 15 to get our food. Another issue is that they didn’t have a thing. I asked to baked potatoes. Non, I asked for a Berry Salad! They said ok. But when we got to the window all of a sudden they’re all out. And I needed an apple pecan. But when they checked they didn’t have pecans! I was so mad I went to another one. And got everything without a problem. I wanted a refund but didn’t want to be THAT person so I left. I promise I will never go to that one ever again

This was my first time at this Wendy's customer service was great continue to do the good work especially when I walked in there and the customer service rep was busy and how he stated we will be with you shortly ma'am and when he did come and take my order he recommend the chili and I was already gone for chili but when he recommended I shook his hand and said thank you we was on the same thought so continue to do the great job that you all are doing and have a great day

No one in line. Food was cold. Didnt give me a receipt! This is why I pass on fast food but my daughter and granddaughter wanted to stop. I hate wasting my money. Moral of the story... if there isnt a line, it's more likely than not that you'll get the food that has been sitting there for who knows how long.

Not my favorite location to eat at. They team was fast at creating our meal however just wasn't fully satisfied with the quality. Don't think I will visit again.

Staff was terrific and great to my 2 year old daughter

I ordered the biggie bag. Everything was hot and fresh but the nuggets were stone cold. How did this happen? Didn't have time for fresh one. Maybe I didn't need the extra calories.

I waited for my food for like 20 minutes and when i actually ate the food there was 2 strands of hair in my fries! i definitely won't be coming here if i'm ever in detroit again

Had me and car in front pull into parking space after ordering, and paying at drive through. Waited 5 min before someone came out and gave food to a third car. That's when I realized all 7 vehicles in parking lot were waiting for their food because they were told to pull into parking spaces also. I just took the money loss and left. I did call Wendy's corporate, and they seems interested, but not sure if anything will be done.

Well you don't have to worry about me going to this location any longer. Perhaps they can train their staff to get the orders right and not worrying about trying to add combos. I specifically ordered a honey chicken croissant this morning with NO bacon and low and behold, guess what I get on my first bite ... a mouthful of bacon. Just sad

Lobby doors were locked so couldnt go in at 10 this morning didnt get my change back(even though it was only .02 cents didnt make it an issue) coffee wasnt hot nor filled. Very disappointed.wont be coming back.

Food was wrong. No salt No straws. People with attitudes even the manager very disrespectful

The girl they have at the counter during lunch rush, needs to be put somewhere else. She moves at a snail's pace and gives you the deer in the headlights look when she is entering in your payment. My order is normally missing something if there was another Wendy's closer I would go top that one. It takes almost my whole lunch which is an hour to get through the line whether I am inside or in the drive through. They have good and hot food. Presentation could be better but over all good even it comes to the food.

Lovely place, great food & very very good chocolate dessert. Very tasteful for high school event. Great for students to see classy place.

RETTA! Needs to be fired, she’s so rude and disrespectful. When i placed my order she replied back “UGH”. i paused then i said my order over again and she yelled I HEARD YOU KEEP GOING. i pulled off, her customer service is horrible. I’ll never go to this location again
