Wendy's

I was a little disappointed with my first experience with Wendy’s new breakfast. I ordered the maple bacon chicken croissant. When I got home I found that the bacon was not on it. It was a tasty breakfast sandwich but I think the bacon would have made it even better. The worst part was when I took a sip of the coffee it was stone cold and very strong! I’ll give it another try, but the first impression wasn’t a good one.

Little slow but food good

The service was quick and the food was hot. The store is very clean. The staff is friendly and the manager went above and beyond to take care of my individual need. Definitely will go there again!

They still honored my coupon that was expired

Me and my boyfriend have been here about 4 times now. Out of all of those times, our orders were only correct twice. The last time we brought it to their attention, the cashier and the manager was extremely rude. They have also charged us for items we never ordered. My advice would be to stay away from this Wendys, unless you like incorrect orders and rude stafff. We will never be going to this wendys ever again.

Very friendly service and quick like a drive-thru is supposed to be even though they were under staffed at the time. Definitely would recommend.

I have been super impressed with the new Wendy's in Powdersville! Been there several times now and the drive thru line is quick and the food was fresh. I even showed up literally 3 minutes before they closed one night and my fries were piping hot and the burger was hot and fresh. Any other restaurant that I would visit that close to closing would give me what would taste like leftovers. The time I dined in it was clean and there was even a friendly lady coming around checking on customers. I hope when the newness wears off, the good food quality and excellent customer service doesn't! Lol

We had a really great visit.The employees went out of their way to make us comfortable and Alisa was outstanding and really should next for management or somewhere where her personality will soar.Alsp %he cleanliness was A+

Went thru drive thru..mistake. Very very very seldom do I return food. I ordered Carolina classic combo. Beef was partially cooked, had about a tbsp of black burnt chilli on the sandwiche , fest of order was obviously thrown together, cold fries... Returned food. Problem is now Im sick (stomach ailment). Feel confident it is from bite of sabdwich.

It was ok. My hubby ordered the baconator and they put maybe 2 slices on there. Other than that.... It was clean and nice.

They just opened recently and are still trying to get things organized and employees trained up.

This is a brand new Wendy's. Really nice place fast service and great group of employees there. Very clean place, and extra clean
