Wendy's

It was a Sunday and it was terribly busy. They didn't have enough people on staff to help cook. The drive through was packed and when we went inside it was worse. There was about 50 people lingering in the lobby waiting for their food to be ready. Big corporations want to make money and not pay these people enough and then they skimp on having enough workers on sight. Now the people there were very nice ,good attitude and the food was hot.

RUDE AND NASTY DRIVE THRU WORKERS, THE MAN TAKING MY ORDER GOT A ATTITUDE BECAUSE HE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND PLAIN ENGLISH. HE RUSHED ME, THEN GOT MY ORDER WRONG AND GOT MAD AT ME FOR IT!

My food was cooked in old grease ( I used to work in fast food). Food was cold. Staff not attentive to quality of product. SAD!!!

We'll people's Wendy's have fallen off in their service! I still like the food but what you have to go through to get it is not worth it. I know you got to train new people but you can't just throw them in the mix and they aren't ready for it. It's a prime recipe for disaster. You lose customers really fast that way. I myself love the parmesan chicken caesar salad it is great. Like I said the food is still good but the service leaves a lot to be desired for. Have heard a lot of people comment on bad service you all need to get together before your restaurants start suffering not bashing Wendy's but just a concerned customer informing you of some things that I see that you need can approve upon .

We visited VA Beach on vacation for a week, and ate at all kinds of restaurants including Outback and some seafood restaurants. This Wendy's had by far the best customer service of any that we are at!!! The employees walked throughout the store asking all the customers if they were enjoying their food and if there was anything else that they could help them with. We had thought that southern hospitality was going away until these wonderful ladies made our day! Thanks for the great food and most of all making us feel welcome and relaxed like you should at a restaurant!!!!10 stars!!!

The staff at this Wendy's on military highway is always very friendly the food is always good but the spicy chicken sandwich is not as spicy as it used to be and that is a disappointment.

By far the worst Wendy’s I have ever been too. The women at the first window gave me back my change all balled up in her hand. Then dropped my change all the ground and didn’t even bother Apologizing. Go to the second window to get my food. The other women gave me my drink I said thank you and she just gave me a blank look. When I got home looking for the ranch cups I asked for inside I got honey mustard and the tropics berry tea was disappointing. Never going there again!!!!!!!!

Five stars because I had a five star experience!. Food was great and the service was spectacular! It was my first time in this relatively new location, and I was most impressed. Small,yes, but they make excellent use of space with ample seating. Relaxing atmosphere with soda fountain very accessible.

Was served a raw burger. Frosty machine was down as well.

Very lovely people work there and food was tasty. Love the coke drinks too.

Ordered a number 13 spicy. They gave me a home style and it was cold in the middle

I previously reviewed this place stating that it was fine but it is actually quite bad. My wife waited for our food in the drive through for 30 minutes. When she arrived at the window her order had not been put in the system and the manager acted as if it was her fault. He made no offer of fixing the problem outside of having her wait at the window while they made her food. Honestly it would not have been a huge issue, she can handle fast food workers who are less than polite, but to add insult to injury the food tasted very bad when she got home. The spicy nuggets in particular tasted dry and tough when compared to the spicy nuggets we have gotten in the past. I won't stop going here, but take caution when visiting this particular Wendy's location.
