I haven't been to a Wendy's in a while I downloaded the Wendy's app in the parking lot easy to do I was able to save $2 off my order. The staff was friendly and was able to help out with my order I dined in and the food was out to me and a reasonable amount of time. Both soda machines we're out of quite a few drink options including Coca-Cola dr. Pepper Root Beer on both machines. Also the Dave soda seems interesting to try of course both diet and regular were out on both machines. All of the trash cans in the restaurant we're overflowing. There is also a lot of dirt on the floor going towards the bathrooms. I did not use the bathrooms so I cannot comment on them this was on a Friday between 1 and 1:30 in the afternoon the weather was sunny not sure what all this dirt was going towards bathrooms.

Yeah happens sometimes. Review them at the location they have printed on your receipt. I did that several times in a row several years ago and kept getting free burgers for my efforts. And as a side benefit, it got better. Apparently upper management doesn't know to fix anything unless they get official feedback through the company.
