Wendy's

I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes for a Four for four meal and a cookie. FIFTEEN MINUTES! Of course they forgot my cookie so I had to go inside after my long wait in the drive thru. And then when I go in to retrieve my missing cookie, I notice that ALL the cookies are hard as heck. I wanted a cookie. S soft sugar cookie, not a paper weight. I just said forget it. I don't need my money or the cookie or anything else. I just want to get away from Wendy's. The people were polite but the wait was long, my cookie was missing and if it was there it would have been hard as hell anyway. What happened to Wendy's? I use to love it here

Food not hot, I saw one young man refry the fries when I asked for fresh ones

There was a piece of rigid plastic in my double. But it was covered in ketchup and mayonnaise, so it was still tasty. I didn't swallow it so I won't die. And I wasn't charged extra.

Literally say in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes. Order was short. Noticed it at window, drove off only to discover my Carolina classic didn't have any chili on it.

Staff was nice just seem like they was moving a little slower than normal on Thursday January 9 when I visited there.

This location was completely rebuilt in the past year with an expanded parking lot, a much improved drive up ordering process and window, a beautiful interior and fast friendly service. There is a wide assortment of fresh burgers, chicken and salad options with excellent fries. They are very busy during peak times, but they can handle a crowd. Give this location a try.

For this location it was quicker service for most but the interior dining area needed to be cleaned up more. I ordered the double with a small chili with the great chili sauce they have. When you get a chance ask for some chili packets and pour them on your sandwich, you will be amazed how it taste.

Don't go at night past whatever time the inside closes. I literally sat at the drive through window for 20 mins or more waiting on my MOBILE order, for food given to me by some lady (who seemed to be the manager ) to tell me sorry it's taking so long we're only using one cash register. It's night time and your lobby is closed, how many should you be using, you only have one drive through. Not only that, but they took my sandwich out of my bag like 3 times, not only that but the lady who was making the food DID NOT USE SANITATION PRECAUTIONS, SHE TOUCHED EVERYTHING THEN GRABBED BUNS TO MAKE SANDWICHES WITH NO GLOVES!!!!!! Then the food was cold, like my cheese was not even close to melting. On top of that they have the nerve to be rude. I didn't pick your career, and better yet I didn't mess up your day don't test me as it I've done either.

Went a few days ago. Sat on drive thru over 6 minutes waiting on 3 sandwiches while I watched the employees prepare all the orders behind me. Everyone instead of finding where my burgers were kept coming to the window basically staring for no reason. Please advice cashier not to call customers boss, chief or anything else other than sir or ma'am. All of this happened because everyone was moving too fast instead of ensuring every thing was correct. The manager also came to drive thru to make herself a drink and proceeded to remove herself completely from the floor. Beware and check your orders with this one, sometimes it's Russian roulette in the bag

Taurus made my day. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Wendy’s!

Wendy's was nice a lot of people but not a long wait time a very good value menu the employees were fast and very nice Hardee's need a menu like Wendy's.

A good alternative with some healthier choices than McDonald's or Burger King.
