Just recently visited the store on the way back to Duke University and needless to it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s restaurant. My Mom placed the easiest order 2 five dollar biggie bags (burger with none thing but bacon) they then proceeded to repeat the order 3 times with the 4th time being someone different and yelling the order back. In the end Mom and took and spent our money at another restaurant with a little better customer service. If you’re ever in Greensboro, NC I would not recommend this “Wendy’s†to anyone.

Very clear and efficient stop. There were 6 of us on a trip making a fast stop. Each ordered to go and something different. Each of us really enjoyed our meal. I had the 10 piece chicken nuggets. The others had various burgers. Bathroom clean.

Slowest drive thru in the world maybe. Every time. Go to one of the fast food places next door. Any choice is better.

This Wendy’s is horrible, on multiple occasions that I go through the drive thru it takes upwards of 20 minutes for my order with there being only 4 cars ahead of me, and on top of that today I went and ordered a burger, I told them clearly “just cheese and bacon, nothing else†I get the burger and before pulling away I check the burger because in the past on multiple occasions they have got my order wrong, to my surprise the order had everything on it, I tell them it was wrong and they tell me that “that’s how you ordered it†they end up taking the burger back and once again I say “I only want cheese and bacon†they give me another burger and this one has bacon but no cheese, I tell them it’s wrong again and all the guy at the window says is “oh†I’m done with this restaurant, employees must be sleep deprived or something, there are multiple other restaurants beside this Wendy’s, save your time and money and don’t spend it here.

Slowest service I'd ever seen!! Food was ok but they really need to get that organization of working together in check bc all I saw was bunch of employees scrambling here and there and nothing being productive. Fast food means fast, quick, get it go gone!!

Food was alright, thats why I gave 2 stars. Came here yesterday. They need new people to work at the drive-thru with better attitudes and better sense. If I order a sweet tea, dont give me an unsweet, we pull back around, and then you say, "Oh its probably just Not sweet, what else you want?" with no fks to give. If my replacement sprite wasnt great like it was, I wouldve wanted to throw it at her.

I asked for the 2 for $5, Dave single and spicy chicken and got a Carolina burger instead of the chicken. I like it but wanted what I asked for
