They take away the one thing I eat from the 4 for 4 menu which is the crispy chicken sandwich with bacon. They haven't updated the menu sign... but it's still available for purchase. Every year I am dropping a fast food restaurant so I have two more left to go.

I give them 3 stars because they don't follow directions. I ask for a grill chicken sandwich with cheese and no lettuce. My husband ask for his burger without onion. Well his burger had the onion and my chicken sandwich had the lettuce since we were eating there once I got my sandwich I took out the lettuce thinking that none is the lettuce was transferred to my meal I ate it. I cannot eat lettuce it affects my stomach. Half way to my sandwich I had to walk outside because I started to feel bad. Needless to say half way home we had to stop because the half sandwich wanted to come out and it did. Makes me very angry 😡 when a fast food place can't follow directions as simple as no lettuce on your sandwich.

This is a busy Wendy’s located in an active shopping area. Staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. The line at the drive-in seem to move along pretty smoothly. My order was taken and received accurately and quickly. Food was appropriate temperature for the items that I ordered. My only issue was a wet/dry vac and a spill that was left unattended when I went inside. Overall good experience at this Wendy’s.

This Wendy's give the same customer service experience as Chick fil A. The manager he is always polite as well as the other employees. My order is always correct.
