I had a bad experience at this particular location. First the wait time was ridiculous and they had only one cashier that would frequently walk away to do other things even though food was sitting around ready to be given out. I order a fried chicken sandwich which was massively overcooked. The chicken inside was shriveled up and dry and as a result was paper thin. So sad.

They have the best Chili around. For the first time I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon. The cheese tasted like Velveeta and the bacon was only partially cooked.

This restaurant is constantly slow in the dining room. Waited over 15 minutes for my food (mobile order) and it wasn’t busy. Employees don’t know what they are doing...I’ll go to the San Jacinto location from now on.

Worst Wendy's I've been to. It used to be good but now it's cold reheated food. Nothing is ever fresh. Dried out chicken. Very disappointing. I hope they figure it out.

Pathetic experience. Dinned in, and waited about 5-10 minutes just to order. Meanwhile 5-8 more people came in behind me. Finally put in the order, he said they would call me up. I waited another 10 plus minutes and saw my order on the counter. I walked up and they were missing the sauce, the drinks and my main sandwich. Finally got all my food. Meanwhile just observing the line. It stayed at 6-8 people for our entire meal. The manager Jesus and his crew hardly communicating or helping the 1 cashier. Pretty pathetic manager and experience. 6-8 people waited more then 15 minutes in the line and just left because of the wait. Y’all need to communicate and have a better manager!

The food is the only reason I am giving 1 stars... the person taking my order was INCREDIBLY unprofessional. He was saying rude comments under his breath as I was trying to order.

Could have better customer service. I mean if you hate your job or your life...Dont project it on the customer. Find some where else to work. If it's done properly anyplace can be fun. Here's the thing, if you hate your experience working there, the customer won't enjoy the experience either. I mean...I get it... maybe a stepping stone or maybe it your job, but the customer can only experience what the employees experience. If the customer is getting a negative vibe or an "I don't care" vibe, the what the customer feels. Going to some of these places, I feel like I am a burden on these people. You chose to work there. I mean without the customer you wouldn't even have a job...Get it together Wendy's. Get there morale up or something...

They brought my food to the table which is a nice touch. Popular place for the senior crowd. The food was good and good service, I recommend this place.

Horrible time to train people on a Sunday afternoon right as church is letting out. Waited inside 10 minutes for the line not to move so I went and got in the Drive-Thru. When I get to the window the cashier had to ask me what drinks I ordered and then didn't even give them to me another guy came to give them to me and then I had to ask for the little Frosty key tag the poor manager was doing her best but it seemed to me she was trying to train too many people at one time
