Quick service, always hot and fresh. Always check to make sure you got the right stuff, sometimes wrong bag goes out. Happens anywhere with a drive thru tho.

This place refuse to serve a truck here even after somebody else offered to get it for him these guys are making the world go around right now and this place refused to help him disgusting should be shut down

Customer service was friendly and food was good. They missed putting the right dips in bag and fries were stale tasting bit burgers and chicken nuggets were hot and fresh.

Breakfast, just ok.

I've always been a big fan of Wendy's!!! It's pricier compared to McDonald's and BK but it seems like it's healthier 🤷‍♂️And you cant refill your drinks here :( so I can't give it 5 stars

I actually ordered food inside the restaurant while there are people eating inside at the end of the night and the employee told me I have to leave. I told him I'm going to eat in here no matter what. What happened to Wendy's and customer service?

Didnt get our order correctly.

New management is horrible. Stood in line for 20 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. The order taker was nice (young man with ponytail) but the person bagging orders was very slow, rude and kept yelling out comments to the order taker to get his own food. Overall the experience was horrific not worth the food and service not worth the money paid. Prior to this visit I went to drive thru the manager a guinese woman was very rude she was not helping the workers but had time to talk and laugh in the window when I was in drive thru for 15 minutes and to make matters worse she parked me to wait longer for my food. The old manager who now Is at Central ave always had a clean restautant and fast service. Very disappointing! Especially for a Latham establishment.

There seemed to be an issue with the car before mine's payment which took quite a bit of time to resolve and when I took out my sandwich it was the wrong type. A bit disappointed.

Fries were cold, I asked for cheeseburger and got a chicken sandwich.
