The Wendy’s in Wilson’s NC wasn’t good. They didn’t have ketchup and the chicken nuggets didn’t have the crust (?) part on it and it looked like it had a different sauce on it, such as mayonnaise. Took 10 minutes until we got our order. Outrageous!

Salad was poor quality with almost no berries and some wilted lettuce. , and it took forever to get through the drive thru. Very disappointed in this location.

I usually enjoy my visit to Wendy's, but not at this particular location. I made a mobile order and went in for my food. Still took forever and my burger was not made the way I requested. The fries were hard and burnt tasting. Not going back here any time soon.

Went there today and they totally messed up my order. Gave me the wrong drinks, was a 10 piece nugget short, etc. Not sure if hearing was an issue. One of the workers seemed like she hated being there. Apparently, this is not just happening at Wendy's but all over Wilson. So I am not sure if the workers are trying to prove a point or just don't want to do quality work because of the time of year it is, but I wasted a good amount of money today.

Not my first time here at this location and I had a great time! They have nice atmosphere, with crew members offering a friendly greeting and smiles that give you the impression that they are happy to see you. I walked right up to the counter to give my order as and was pleasantly surprised to see a counter person ready for my order.My sandwich was hot and fresh and came in a timely manner which was rewarding i itself as they had a steady line in drive through. The bathroom was clean and no offending odors but there is work to be done on the faucets. The dryers do heat up immediately but very little force but you can at least get a good dry. As with a lot of stores you have to grab a handle to get out which defeats the purpose if washing your hand while the guy next to you finished and walks out before you.Give yourself a break from cooking and give them a try. Forget the bathroom run and wait till you get home.

I wish I had not even stopped here. This place is so slow. I am on lunch break and the drive thru line was backed up at least 10 deep. I sat there for about 8 minutes before the line even moved, two cars in front of me drove away. When I got to the window I specified that I wanted my burger plain, I heard the cashier tell someone I want my burger plain. Still waited at the window for my food too. You would think it would have been hot since there was a wait. But no, everything in the bag was warm at best. My burger that I requested plain was all the way and the cheese was not melted. I ordered a diet coke, not sure what that was they gave me but it was disgusting and there was no napkins in the bag. I stopped coming here a long time ago due to these same issues, thought maybe they had improved over time but guess I was wrong.
