I know why the drive thru is taking one car's order at a time. It's to keep their timer ratings high. They're supposed to take orders for each car as they arrive at the speaker, but they don't. Franchise owner - please respond.

Slow service and dining area is not clean. Has newer drink amenities and food was fine. The tables and floors had not been cleaned in some time.

Horrible speed. 8 cars in drive thru. Average order time - 5 minutes per car. Counted 11 lost customers during our wait alone. For the drive thru being the only thing open at this time, service should have been MUCH faster than this.

Food was good. The windows are dark and it appears to be closed except a couple signs on window. We almost left but I tried the door and it was open. Another car did pull in and leave without getting out. Canadian plates. I assume they thought it was closed up. I would get rid of that window tint or put up a lighted open sign.

Very cordial and friendly service. Talked about a strawberry sweet tea as being a great drink. The food however, was not as good as the service. The fries were overdone as was the burger. It was crispy and dry. Very dissapointed after the great service.

My husband and I just left this establishment. When checking out they forgot one drink and two sauces. My husband asked the gentlemen for them and when he brought back the drink it wasn’t filled all the way. There was a girl standing next to him that said very loud and rudely OH MY GOD!!! While looking straight at us! Then when I called back to speak to a manger I was hung up on, and now they are not picking the phone up!

Today's visit to Wendy's was fantastic. Extra chili on my potato with chili and cheese and they really came through I was so happy. The chicken nuggets for wonderful my friend got a taco cheese salad. And she was happy. My other friend and I shared a coupon for a 2 for 10 combo meal for a cheeseburger camo meal and all three of us left satisfied! Not all Wendy's are created equal. So be picky about which Wendy's you visit. And be specific when you order.

The food was extra salty. I could barely keep it down. My lemonade was way too sweet and I couldn’t drink it. So, when I dumped it out, I got a coke instead; which then had fuzz floating in it. Also the women taking my order was very rude. But at least the water was good.

Chaotic with only one cashier who told me thst she couldn't wait to quit her job. Everyone's order was wrong. She rang up my son's triple w/o cheese, didn't ring up my French fried and I had to strongly poke her to get her attention for cups. The drink station had water on the floor. An elderly lady got stuck in the locked bathroom and couldn't stand because of the water on the bathroom floor. It took several moments of back and forth arguing for the companion to get a person to unlock the door. The poor employee had to finally walk away with his hands up because of the companion. A manager finally came out to help while the front line had at least fifteen people waiting. My friend gave up and ordered just fruit and a lemonade deciding to go elsewhere so her order wouldn't get screwed up like the rest. We do not plan to go back to the Arlington store again. It was our second outing to an Akron store and both were miserable.
