The manager and staff were so nice and hospitable in spite of a super busy night last night. The manager took the time to listen to my son’s request and exceeded his hopes by being so generous. And on the way out, a staff member did the same.

I come here for lunch every week or 2. Yhe 4 for 4 is a good deal for cheap. they usually keep the drive through moving pretty fast and the food is normally pretty good and they usually get the orders right

It's a 2-story Wendy's, which is very cool. Christian rock music playing in dining room which is a nice, middle of the road, soothing type of background. 2 self-serve Coke Freestyle beverage fountains in dining room. Ample seating. Sandwiches were made accurately. Fries not that fresh. Lots of dirty tables. Which is only worth mentioning because there were many employees not doing anything. I told them before I received my food that the dining room needed small drink lids. They acknowledged and thanked me for letting them know. 20-25 minutes later, nothing was done. And the place was very slow at the time. Nice location, nice building, poor management.

This Wendy's is clean with hot and fresh food. However, the drive-thru is very difficult to navigate due to the fact that you can only pull in one way, and it's the hardest entrance to use. Also, you pull away from the drive-thru almost right into the main door, so you have to be super careful of pedestrians.

Fast, clean, and semi-friendly with predictable goodness of food - just about anything one would expect from Wendy's.I would say that they only realistic area where one could expect improvement, based upon my recent visits, is in the staff. It seems sometimes they get a bit flustered or just don't want to be there. It's totally understandable, but you can sometimes tell.

If you're gonna eat a fast food burger, Wendy's is my first choice. The one in Boone is most always pretty good

I ordered a pecan and chicken salad and a vanella Frosty at 10:30 PM. They gave me a Frosty and asked me to pull over while they fixed the salad . They brought it out 25 Minutes later. By then Frosty had melted since they didn't give me a straw or a spoon ( and they gave me chocolate instead of vanella). They got indignant when I questioned why it took so long . Terrible experience. 0 Stars. I had to hit one star to post.

I don't know how they do it but they can mess up the simplest thing lol. We ordered spicy nuggets and got the regular plus the wrong sauce we asked for. Two stars since they remembered the napkins I guess.
