A reasonable spot to stop along the interstate for a quick meal. The food is a nice quality cand there are good selections on the menu. The Wendy's is located inside the gas station market store. There are clean restrooms, a small store, gas pumps and the Wendy's all in one location. The Wendy's has a drive through with slightly longer hours than the dining room.

There is not a side door entrance so you have to walk through the convienent store entrance. The food was good and the service was quick and friendly.

Was 9:40 pm and they close at 10:00 pm. The lady said we could stay as long as we needed that she would let us out after they locked the doors. Service was great and food was too. Can't remember her name but came and asked us if we needed anything and made my son's day when he got to pick which toy he wanted w his meal.

I did a corporate training event on a Health & Wellness topic. Wendy's salads were perfect to fit my needs. Courtney, the manager in Bulls Gap, went above and beyond in preparation and packaging of every little thing. The food was delicious, everyone was pleased and my event was super successful partially attributed to the excellent customer service I received from the Bulls Gap, TN Wendy's. Thank you all!!

Very friendly atmosphere and even though it's quite busy they try to make sure your visit is a speedy one.

Its not just a certain restaurant who messy up your order, its just restaurants in general, if your missing something from your order I would call them and let them know what was missing and leave your name and number and have them replace the items, most restaurants are willing to do that for there customers

It's getting harder and harder to find good people to work at those jobs. You can expect more of it. But you should call the manager.
