Fastish today went through drive thru great food

Stopped for lunch. No other cars in drive through. Asked me to move forward. Took an additional 20 minutes to bring food out. Forgot my Chili and Frosty, went back in and brought out Chili but still no frosty. Will avoid this Wendys from no on.

Was the last customer of the night. Great service awesome food nice and hot. Only thing was we didn't get all of our order. And we were on our way back home to Detroit. LOL

Slowest Wendy's in the area. Waited 15 minutes 50 seconds in drive thru after placing my order. This is normal here. Drive the extra 2 miles to the other Wendy's.

Service was terrible the cashier was hunched over head on the cash register while I’m sitting there waiting for 5min my sandwich was made wrong twice my fries were cold old and somewhere even green and burnt I asked for my pop the lady looks at me and walks away when they gave me my pop finally they couldn’t even put ice in it I went up to the counter so many times I gave up on trying to get my order correct and left a waste of $10

Brand quality has gone down. Even Burger King has better chicken. The service at this location is always slow but the staff is very friendly and professional.

I remember when I was younger Wendys was the best spot to go to. Great food, decent prices, everything is fresh and portions was perfect for the prices. Now it's horrible. Completely the opposite. I literally lost it in the drive thru when I paid 1.50 for a frosty that a child would not even be satisfied with. Portion size was so small. There building's are out dated. There service sucks. They under pay their workers. Their food is longer fresh. Their prices are ridiculously hi over all. Wendys needs to just close it's does at this point. Or get it together.

I have never been so disappointed at wendy's. I will never go to the 1 on Manhattan again. The chili was luke warm, fries tasted like the grease needed changed, the burger was cold and the pop had a funny taste to it.
