Wendy's

Wendy's was my first job therefore I know what to expect as far as the quality of the product, the night I stopped working for Wendy's, I started working on Wendy's, doing renovations beginning with removal of the super bar, installing power wash sinks. And so much more.

Their sprite tastes like sparkling water. I won't come back.

Extremely sub par for something as easy as Wendy's. Service was horribly slow even though the store just opened. They gave me the wrong order and missed the topping on the birthday cake frosty. I had to eat the wrong order due to the super long line due to the slow service.

This Wendy's is extremely close to home and a very convenient stop. It is close enough for me to run when I'm short on time and grab a quick bite. I rated it fairly low on stars because of declining customer service etiquette. The store is not as clean as it used to be when we first started going to it as well. I won't stop going here it's just that I won't be patronizing this location as much as I used to.

Always mess my order up. Now here I am back in a 25 min drive thru wait for rest of the nuggets. If my son didn't like the spicy nuggets I would never eat here. But you'll do anything for your child 🤦‍♀️

I cannot figure out what is wrong with this location, but they are consistently, annoyingly slow. Tonight was the final time I will visit; I sat in the drive thru and noted the time I got in line. It took 14 minutes for one order to be taken (there were only 2 cars ahead of me, and 6 behind by the time I left the line.) When I finally arrived at the speaker, I was asked to come inside as they were having "problems" at the drive thru.When I went inside, there was only one counter person working for a line of us who had been asked to leave the drive thru. She made no effort to apologize for the inconvenience nor to show any signs of urgency.Really awful customer experience.

It took forever in the drive thru. Come to find out the speaker was not working. Web pulled to, offered, waited.... the lady at the window was very apologitic. She was busy and doing heat best. Nuggets, fries and frosty were all great!

Worst Wendy's in Indy. They have a sign on drive thru saying "Cash Only". Told to pull into parking spot and wait. 5 cars waiting. After all that, they bring out dry potato saying they are out of sour cream . Could have mentioned that when I ordered.

They typically do great, they've been short staffed recently. Though, the staff they have are wonderful. They just get backed up during certain hours and orders get confused.

Went here around Midnight, and they were still open. Food was good enough for it being that late. Overall not bad.

I work really close so I go there before work or on break and idk if this lady is a manager or not but she gets the line going and my foods steaming hot every time she short light skin lady but if anyone has a complaint or issues she gets it handled quickly

The wait time was over 10 minutes. The staff seemed to not be under any sort of supervision. The poor girl at the Drive Thru appeared to be the only one doing her job plus the job of everyone else. 0/10 - Would not recommend this restaurant. I ordered extra ranch on my spicy chicken go wraps and there was so much ranch it was barely edible.

Food was warm. Like it had been sitting for some time. Cashier was kinda snappy. I had to ask for a drink carrier. There wasn't any ice in the machine. Will not return to this location.

I love Wendy's food good way of meeting people and family and friends

One of the better Wendy's within 50 miles of Indy. Friendly staff and quick service. Order was correct.
